I waited as my hairstylist straightened my hair and then added a few waves to it. She then pulled it into a ponytail.

After I put on my outfit for my character, my makeup artists and hairstylists left, leaving me alone in my trailer.

I decided to FaceTime Laura because I haven't seen her in a while and I thought it would be good to just vent my feelings out to someone, and Laura is always the person to do that to.

"I don't know, Laur. Lately, I've just felt like a nervous wreck. I was so convinced that I was over him, but then I look at him and it's like nothings changed... it's hard knowing that he's dating Addison and not me. The worst part is, it feels like I've had my chance to be with him and I blew it. It hurts a crap ton. And on top of that, there's the whole social media stuff... I've never gotten so many negative comments, and the ones about Tom are nasty. I don't regret my huge social media break, but now it's like I'm being caught up in reality and it's just pain from the aftermath of our break up all over again."

Laura sighed and then adjusted her phone. "Look, what you need to do is become Tom Holland-free. You shouldn't be seeing this much of him, this stuff haunts you because of social media. So, promise me that you won't look at any posts or any articles or whatever of Addison and Tom, because in the end, you're torturing yourself and I'd hate to see you in an even worse state."

I stared down at my hands. I was hesitant, but I realized that it didn't hurt to at least try for Laura.

"Fine," I agreed. I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision, but it was worth a shot.

Laura gave me a friendly smile. "Good. Also, I hope you know that it's not normal for you to be seeing and hanging around your ex this much... what you're doing isn't exactly normal. Who has to pretend to be their exe's best friend as their literal career? Most actors or actresses would drop the role last minute, but you seriously are a trooper for this. Major respect for that, Zar."

I laughed, "Thanks, Laura. I guess not, but I don't know... to me it seems like it would be more unprofessional of me to drop the role. Especially because I'm not an extremely experienced actor. Anyway, I gotta go now, I'll be called to set anytime soon."
