I woke up and felt moisture on my face. I also felt arms around my waist. I looked up to see that boy. I don't think I got his name and we're still cuddled up together. I looked at his face to see tears on his cheek. He looked like he was having a nightmare. I sighed and touched this cheek. I drew my seal on it. He can't dream no longer. That's unless I take the seal off.
He opened one eye and looked down at me. I smiled and then he noticed it...I was wearing his hoodie.
"HOW DID YOU-"
"I'm an assassin it was quite easy to steal."
"BUT IT W-"
"on your body I know. Don't ask how I got it. just know that I got it"
suddenly Kayden busted into the room, cutting our conversation off. "AH YO YO YO YO YO WHAT TIME IS IT?!" She screamed at the top of her lungs.
"SHOWTIME!" I yelled jumping out of bed and picking her up. I twirled her around and we laughed as we enjoyed our daily wake up routine.
"Ummm?" The boy was confused about what we were doing. He's going to have to get use to this.
I put Kayden down and got out my Assassin outfit and my sketchbook. Kayden grabbed her makeup bag and her scythe. I looked at the boy "Okay so you're probably confused. But before you ask any questions I have a question for you. What's your name?"
"Joseph Thompson but my nickname is Joey."
I nodded as I put my bandanna over my eyes. "Okay. You might know who I am. Jadah...but I don't go by that anymore. I go by Addy." I turned around and polished my knife. It was silent.
Until he said something that changed my life. "I knew a Girl named Jadah. Her last name was Thomas. She was my Girlfriend."
