The I.V and your hospital bed,
This was no accident,
It was a therapeutic chain of events-----------------------------------------------------------
"Ah! Detectives Eren Jaeger and Levi Ackerman, I've heard a lot about the both of you!" A strange woman shook both of the males hands. She wore a long white scientists jacket, and a psychotic grin to her face."And you may be?" Levi asked, impatient that someone was wasting their time.
"I'm Hange Zoé, the new head of Forensics and overall head of the science facility here." She said, almost jumping up and down. She had this insane demeanor towards her. This "Hange Zoé" was Levi's prime suspect-and that's only because they have none.
"Well, if you'll excuse us Hange, we have an important case to solve." Levi spoke once more, grabbing Eren's hand and pulling him away from the crazy woman.
Hange stood there, confused at first, but shrugged it off and waved to them before heading back to her area.
"Jesus, that woman is insane." Eren said, lacing a hand through his own hair.
"Let's not worry about...that. We need to get this case underway. Eren, go get the big white board and some blu-tack." Eren rushed off, getting everything that Levi required.
Levi started pulling out the small case file he had of the case. It only had the autopsy reports of both Connie Springer and Sasha Blouse-Springer.
When the white board arrived, Levi quickly got up and put the autopsy's at the very top. And then a picture of the infamous Kenny The Ripper.
If anyone was going to be at the top of his suspect list, it would be that selfish bastard Kenny.
"Levi, did you really put Kenny up there? We haven't even heard anything about the First Interior in a little under a year. What makes you say Kenny is doing this?"
"Eren, listen. Kenny Ackerman is a filthy son of a bitch. He is known throughout the town as Kenny The Ripper. He is notorious for pulling stunts like this." Levi spoke these bitter words before turning back to his desk. Trying the scrounge at anything to help with the case.
"Just...don't do this for personal reasons, Levi." And with that, Eren went to go get them some coffee. Leaving the ravenette alone with his thoughts of Kenny.
"Hey midget! Where's Eren? I wanted to give him a copy of the note we got yesterday." Mikasa asked, holding a piece of paper in her hands. Her scarf was starting to fall off her shoulders, and parts of her hair ended up in her face. Her black heels made a clicking noise that drove Levi mad whenever she started walking.
"He went to get us something to drink. You can just give it here." He said, hand outstretched for the copy. She complied, placing the paper in his hands. She then walked over to the white board, looking at the minimal information they had.
"We really have no leads..." She trailed off, mostly talking to herself. It was a trait she had picked up ever since she was a child, being an Ackerman and all. Ackerman's tended to keep to themselves and trail off.
"Babe, I'm back. Oh, I see your here Mika." Eren comes back, holding steaming cups of coffee.
"Yeah, just giving Levi the note." She said, still standing around looking at the board. Levi stood, taking his drink, and went next to Eren's side.
"Read this." Is all Levi said, shoving the paper in the brunettes open hand. Sighing, Eren read the entire thing.
"What language is that at the bottom?" Levi asked once he knew Eren had finished.
"German. Fang mich, wenn du kannst, Detektive. That translates to 'catch me if you can, detectives'. This guy is toying with us." Eren snarles, slamming the paper down onto Levi's desk. Crossing his arms, he walks back over to the whiteboard.
"Eren, are you alright?" Mikasa asked, scared by the brunettes anger issues.
"Hell no. There's one person on my mind that would toy with Levi and I like this. And who can speak fluent German." Eren leads on, not looking at either of the Ackerman's.
"And who might that be?" Levi inquired, taking a step closer to Eren.
"Reiner Braun."
