And I still don't know how I even survived

When they got home, Levi rushed towards their office-slamming the door quickly. Eren stood in the doorway, slightly confused, as he slid off his parka and putting it upon the clothes rack.
"God, Levi. What is wrong with you?" He spoke to himself, shaking his head and swiftly walking towards the kitchen.
"I should probably make dinner..." Eren spoke to himself once more, going over to their pantry and grabbing a box of noodles. It was simple and the easiest thing he could do at 8:30 at night. He grabbed a pot from one of the cabinets and put it on the stove-making sure to turn on the stove. He threw in the noodles, thinking of what Levi could be doing in their office. And the worst part was that Levi had locked the door. So there was no telling what he could be doing in there.
The best case scenario is he is calling around to find suspects for the case, but then again, he wouldn't lock the door. Why the hell is Levi so mysterious? Eren thought to himself, leaning up against the counter top. I've never seen him go somewhere in such a hurry. There's the possibility he wants this case done with, but that would be no fun.
After cooking the noodles (almost burning them) and adding different spices and the spaghetti sauce, Levi finally decided to make an appearance.
"Fancy seeing you here." Eren said, his voice bitter. Levi, who seemed slightly taken aback by how snarky Eren was being, sat down at their dinner table. He put the napkin in his lap and grabbed the fork, digging into the spaghetti.
"I don't want any excuses. Why were you in the office for so long? Why did you lock the door? Why did you-"
"Shut up, Eren." Is all Levi said. Eren, who has had enough of Levi, stands up abruptly and walks off towards the entrance of their dining room. Anger starts to rise within Eren, his anger issues getting the best of him in such a small, meaningless, situation.
"Where the hell are you going?"
Eren whirled around, starting to become very annoyed with Levi. "Wish I had an answer to that earlier before you zoomed off towards the office, Ackerman."
"God Jaeger, your being such a child." Levi retorted, finishing his dinner after his comment.
"Oh I'm the child? We promised to not have any secrets because of all that happened prior. And now your breaking that! I feel rational doing this!" Eren said, his voice becoming louder with each word.
"Babe-"
"Don't babe me! I'm sick and tired of pet names, being treated like a child, everyone saying how great of a job you did on cases while I'm just in the background! And now you won't answer a simple question!" Eren yelled, he then slammed the door to their bedroom. Stomping towards their on-suit bathroom to cool down. Take a hot shower.
Levi sat there at the table. This is who I want to be with for the rest of my life. Let's hope I still feel like this in 2 weeks.
That night, Levi thought it would be safe to sleep on the couch. Though it was extremely stiff from rarely being sat on. He had taken a blanket and pillow from their spare bedroom and camped out in their lounge.
Noises came from the master bedroom. Sobbing. The door to their bedroom opened, the floor boards creaking as someone walked down the hallway. Eren walked into the lounge, tears running rapidly down his face. Levi awoke, hearing the sound of his lover crying. Levi sat up abruptly, rubbing his eyes of sleep. Eren walked over, his head not facing Levi. He sat next to Levi, where his pillow lay.
"I'm so sorry, Levi." And with that, Eren fell unconscious on top of Levi. Sighing, Levi picked up Eren and walked down the hall. Into their bedroom-the door was still open from when Eren had left the room. The window was open, wind blowing throughout the room.
"L-love...L-l-levi...p-pro-" Eren mumbled into Levi's chest. Levi laid the unconscious brunette onto their Queen sized bed. Levi was about to move back to the couch, but Eren seemed to have a tight grasp to his lover. So, Levi complied. Laying next to his lover, wrapped up next to his lover.
