Lena and Roman had been talking for 30 minutes while Paige still sat across from them on her phone. When eventually the doctor came in ready to give her the papers for her release.
"So Angelina, I wasn't really sure about releasing you so soon but I understand you wanting to be in your own bed. So I'll let you go if you promise to go straight home and be in your bed for the rest of the week. I mean obviously you can get up to use the bathroom and stretch but nothing extreme like lifting or going into ring to wrestle." He said emphasizing the last part. "Now do you think you can do that for me?"
"Yes, I promise straight to bed as soon as I leave." She replied.
"Okay well let me go get your papers and does your boyfriend mind coming with me so I can give the instructions for your care for the next few weeks?" He asked looking towards Roman. Lena went to go correct the doctor, not wanting the b word to freak Roman out, but Roman interjected before she could say anything.
"Yeah I don't mind at all. I gotta make sure I know how to take care of my girlfriend for these next few weeks." He said with his cheesy smile while looking at Lena.
Roman gave her a quick kiss on the forehead and left with the doctor. She just sat their smiling like a school girl realizing Roman called her his girlfriend and he was okay being called her boyfriend. Then she started to overthink things and thought maybe he only said girlfriend because he didn't want to be rude and correct the doctor.
"Yeah that's probably what it is. It's too soon to call us girlfriend and boyfriend. Right?" She thought to herself while making a scrunched up face. Paige noticed her face and knew automatically Lena was overthinking things.
"Hey scrunchy, stop overthinking things. All he said is that you were his girlfriend. Relax and be happy about it. It means he really likes you And wants a serious relationship with you. Anyways I'm gonna go to your house and help Madison set it up for arrival." She said while grabbing her jacket and leaving her room.
Shortly after Paige left a nurse came in to help take all the wires off of her. She finally had all of her wires off and was beginning to change into the clothes Paige brought her earlier. When suddenly Roman came back in making her jump a little.
"Hey so I got all the instructions and let me tell you it's basically like..." Roman stopped talking as he looked up and saw you struggling to put on your shirt. Somehow with your big bandage, bruises, messy hair and tired face she still seemed perfect to him. He chuckled as he watched her struggle with the shirt. He made his way over to her to help.
"Here let me help you babygirl." His deep and smooth voice sending chills down Lenas spine. She put her arms up and put the shirt on her and gently pulled it down past her bandage grazing her skin with his warm hands. Lena got goosebumps just from his touch and he could tell after she shivered from his touch. He stood back and smirked as he looked at what shirt she was in.
"So babygirl, you must really like me if you are wearing one of my shirts." He said while pointing to the unleash the big dog shirt she had on.
She looked down and smiled while rolling her eyes. Of course Paige would pick Roman's shirt for her to wear. Lena had a decent amount of merch from different people. Mostly it was all from NXT but she did have quite a few Roman pieces. She made sure to always get always get his merch when a new one came out bur she wasn't gonna tell him that.
"Well if you like me wearing this shirt now, just imagine me wearing this shirt but nothing else while waiting for you to get home these next few weeks." She said with a smirk.
Roman came up to her and wrapped his arms lightly around her lower back and looked down on her. "Now sweetheart, you got me all excited but I got clear instructions from the doctor for no physical activity for about two weeks. So I'm gonna need you to stop teasing me."
"Fine I'll stop teasing you but just so you know, as soon as the two weeks are up you better be ready to come back to me in just one of your shirts and nothing else ready to make up for the two weeks." She said in a seductive voice while running her finger across his arm and up on his shoulder.
Roman shivered just thinking about the sight she described and quickly shook his head not wanting to get to excited. "Well okay, lets get this show on the road then shall we." He said while grabbing her bag and helping her walk to the wheelchair.
Lena sat in the wheelchair and Roman pushed her out of the hospital to his car.
*JUMP TO LENAS APARTMENT*
They pulled up to Lena's apartment and Roman grabbed her bag and made his way to her side of the car. He opened the door and Lena wrapped her arms around his arm and held on to it while he helped her walk up to apartment. They finally made it to her apartment and Madison opened the door before they could knock. She looked better than yesterday. She looked like she actually got sleep. As they made their way into her living room her dogs jumped on only reaching her legs because of how small they are.
"Hey babies. I missed you two, mommy is a little hurt right now so we have to be careful." She said in a baby voice. The dogs turned their head almost looking like they understood what she just said than ran off somewhere in the apartment. She chuckled and Roman helped her make her way to her bedroom.
"Hey Roman can you go in my top drawer and get me a t shirt?" She asked while starting to take off her clothes. He went to her drawer looking for a shirt and spotted another one of his shirts and then a whole bunch. He picked one out that was super old and looked baggy.
"I thought jojo had a huge collection of my..." he stopped talking when he turned around and saw her in just her underwear and bra. "Um...here's your...shirt." He stuttered out.
"Thanks. I like the choice." She said smiling looking at Roman's choice of his own merch. "Can you help me again?" She asked with a flirty voice.
He made his way towards her and his breathing was getting heavy. He had to remember that they had to wait two weeks for anything physical. He put his shirt on her and his hands lingered for a while on her thighs. He heard her breath hitch in the back of her throat and she squeaked out a small moan. That sent him overboard and he attached his lips to hers and passionately kissed her. He made his way to her neck and found her sweet spot and began nibbling on it.
"Roman...we should probably...stop..before it gets... physical." She barely managed to get out between moans.
Roman pulled away and planted a kiss on her lips then her forehead.
"This is going to be a harder two weeks than I thought it would be. Especially if you keep wearing my merch doll."
"Well if me wearing your merch is what's doing it for you then I'll just wear Seth's I guess." She said with a smirk while making her way to her bed. Roman stopped her when he grabbed her wrist and turned her towards him.
"You think it's funny messing with me don't you. Don't you think about putting his merch on at all these two weeks. You're mine babygirl and no one else's." He said in a deeper voice than usual but still had love in his voice.
"Well I should get you jealous more often. I'm liking this side of you."
She made her way into bed and Roman gave her one last kiss and said he had to get going for RAW. They said goodbye and he left the apartment. Paige and Madison made their way to her room and sat on her bed with her. The girls just sat around and talked about Lena's care instructions waiting for RAW to come on later tonight.
