It had been been a two months since Lena was told she was going back to NXT. She had moved back to Florida into Drew's apartment shortly after her visit in Vegas. Madison had her baby not to long a go and she was the most gorgeous thing ever. Drew wasn't lying when he said people would freak out when she came back NXT. The night she returned the entire crowd lost it. She hate to admit it but she actually was enjoying being back in NXT. She had formed a new catering gang which included aliester, Candice, Johnny, Dakota Kia, and ricochet. On most occasions though she would spend most of her backstage time with undisputed era or on the super rare occasion with Tommaso. It surprised a lot of people when they saw Tommaso actually in catering with Lena talking one day. He didn't really care for anybody but himself however when Lena came back she managed to annoy him enough to actually become friends with him. Being back down in NXT was refreshing and it actually gave Lena a lot of time to plan her wedding. Her and Drew decided that they didn't need to wait 5 months like everyone else does after getting engaged to get married. They were actually set to get in married in about three weeks.
Lena was at home chilling in one of Drew's sweatshirts and nothing else. She had papers scattered all over the living room floor for the wedding. She had been up almost all night trying to finish last minute details. Drew had been on the road for the past two weeks which left her to do most of the work. She had FaceTimed him when it came to major decisions but other than that she planned the wedding. Drew wasn't set to be home till later tonight and he wasn't coming home alone. Drew had been hanging out with a new superstar at work named Dylan who apparently Drew grew up with. Lena had yet to meet this friend of Drew's but she was excited to meet them. As Lena got up to get some more coffee she heard the front door unlock and saw Drew enter the house. She instantly ran up to him and jumped in his arms. He stumbled back a little and chuckled at how eager she was.
"You miss me or something lass?" He asked with a laugh. Lena just nodded yes and gave him a big kiss. The kiss was deepening until they were interrupted by someone clearing their throat. Drew put Lena down and turned towards the person who cleared their throat.
"Lena this is my friend, well best friend Dylan. Dylan this is my fiancé Lena." Drew said moving to the side so Lena could see Dylan. Lena smile dropped as she saw who Dylan was.
"Hi. It's so nice to finally meet you, he wouldn't shut up talking about you the whole plane ride. My names Dylan but everyone just calls me Indigo." Indigo said extending her hand out for Lena to shake.
Lena shook her hand still in shock from the new information she was processing.
"You're...you're a girl. You've been the one...rooming with my fiancé and traveling with him." Lena stuttered out. The room got awkwardly silent. "It was nice meeting you Dylan, I mean Indigo but if you wouldn't mind I uh need to be excused." Lena left the two and headed straight towards her and Drew's room. She walked in and sat on the bed still trying to process everything. How could drew not tell her that Dylan was a girl? He had her thinking Dylan was a guy from the way he described her.
Lena's thoughts were interrupted when Drew entered the room. "What the hell was that lass? You made her feel uncomfortable as hell." Drew asked slightly annoyed.
"What the hell was that? I'll tell you what that was. That was me feeling upset with the fact on how my fiancé had me thinking Dylan was a guy. You've been traveling and rooming with a girl the whole time and you expect me to be skippy do about it? Let me tell you something, most women don't appreciate being kept out of the loop especially when it comes to their spouse and who they hang out with especially if that person is a gorgeous ass woman who is sharing a room with you for TWO GOD DAMN WEEKS! SO IM SORRY IF I MADE HER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE BUT I WAS OVER HERE THINKING FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS THAT SHE WAS A HE!"
Drew understood where she was coming from and he felt guilty. He pulled her frustrated body into his for a hug and rubbed her back. "Look I'm sorry lass. I wasn't thinking about how you could assume that Dylan was a boy. I've grown up with her so it's normal to me but I still should have told you that she was a girl. I'm so sorry and I promise you we didn't do anything okay. She's like a sister to me. Will you forgive me?" He asked with his puppy eyes Lena could never resist.
"Fine. Yes I forgive you but only cause I can't say no to those damn eyes but from now on nothing but the whole truth. I can't handle any more stress especially with the wedding so close."
"I saw you've been busy. How about you show me what wedding details you were working on downstairs. Plus we sorta left Indigo down there by herself." Drew said while giving her small kisses on her lips.
"You go downstairs. I have to put better clothes on. I'll be down in a minute and can you tell her I'm sorry about making her feel uncomfortable." Lena asked while pulling away from drew to change.
"Yeah sure thing."
Lena bent down by her drawer to get some bottoms and jumped when she felt a hand land on her ass. She turned and saw Drew grinn then quickly leave the room. She chuckled and mumbled to herself about how happy she was to have her goofball back. She finished changing and made her way downstairs to go over wedding details and officially meet Indigo.
