"Isn't Killian going to be beyond pissed if you hide anything from him like this?" Regina asked. "Sort of, but if we can prevent them plagiarizing one of our articles, and making sure ours that they stole isn't published, we can save him a lot of trouble." Graham said.
"What do you have in mind?" Regina asked. "Well, Ruby and I are re-writing the articles the assholes got a hold of, and you and Graham need to steal them from Killian's desk, and replace them with our new ones," Tiana said. "Killian rarely leaves his office during the day," Regina defends.
"But you live with him," Graham smirked. "So? You want me to do this after the work day?" Regina asked. "You just need to get me the keys to his office," Graham said. "And how do I give them to you?" Regina shook her head.
"Throw them out the window, I'll just be there, you have a baby, have him take care of Molly or something," Graham said. Regina sighed.
Regina's POV- I don't know about this. It seems like we can just tell Killian and switch the articles after we tell him what happened. I've never hid anything from him, I didn't like the idea of this. However, I didn't want to cause him more stress, and if we just resolved it on our own, it would prevent that. I was so torn.
"Regina?" Graham asked. "Ok, I guess, get it together, how are you going to give me his keys back before he finds out?" Regina asked. "Uhh, true, that's a problem," He looked at Ruby. "Just drop by casually, make something up, knock on the door, then you can get the keys back to him," Ruby suggested.
"Ok, we better hope Molly cooperates for this whole escapade," Regina said. If Molly could fuss or need something, it would distract Killian at home easier so Regina could get the keys out. They lived on the 4th floor, so Graham could easily catch from the balcony.
At around 1 pm, Regina was on lunch, but of course she wanted to give Molly lunch first. "Oh good timing, she is out of milk," Ashley smiled, and handed Regina her daughter. "Oh, you want some mommy?" Regina asked softly. "I'll try and pump some, so she can have a bottle later," Regina said.
Molly nursed a bit for half of Regina's lunch break. She wanted to cuddle with her baby a bit, before going back to work, and she actually got Molly to fall asleep after she was full, and left her in the little crib in the nursery room.
She headed back down the hallway, "hey," Killian smiled, "Hey yourself, I just filled her up and put her in a milk coma," Regina smiled. "Oh good, here, got you a sandwich, since I figured you were feeding her," he kissed her cheek softly.
Regina's POV - Dammit he's so sweet and perfect, am I really going to lie to him about this article issue?
The day rolled on, and Killian and Regina were ready to leave work. Regina gathered up Molly in her carseat and headed to his office. "Hey, ready to go?" Regina asked. "Sure, just making sure all my articles are lined up here," he said stacking the pile. Regina sighed, nervously, as he did so.
As they left, he took the baby carseat, and said goodbye to the rest of the remaining workers. Graham nodded at Regina, to confirm their plan.
At home
Regina got a text from Tiana and Ruby, 'Articles done. Graham is on the way.' Regina breathed, and put her phone down, turning her attention to Killian as he was playing with Molly's feet. He gently kissed the tiny baby's feet with his tickling scruff.
Regina smiled, as Molly squirmed cutely and even let out a little laugh as her father tickled her feet. "Look at that little face," he said brightly at the baby nibbling her little feet. "I know," Regina smiled at them.
Her phone buzzed, Graham, 'I'm below the balcony, throw them'
Regina breathed and looked over at Killian's keys on the counter. She walked over to get them quietly sidling. They jingled a bit as she grabbed them. "You going somewhere?" He asked. "No, was just putting them by door basket," Regina lied.
"Oh someone is wet," Killian gasped playfully. "I'll change her," he picked up Molly and headed into the other room.
Regina's POV- Good girl Molly
She went to the balcony, and opened the door quietly. Looking down, she saw Graham, and tossed them, landing them in his hand.
"You ok? It's cold," Killian said as Regina came in shutting the door behind her. "I just needed some air, I thought it smelled like snow," Regina shrugged. "Right, ok, well this one is dry and ready for bed, and it occurred to me, we're out of cream," He said.
Regina widened her eyes, "Oh, that can wait," Regina argued. "What? I can get it on the corner store right now," he said. "No no, please tuck her in with me, she likes her Daddy singing to her," Regina said.
Killian quirked his brow thinking she was acting rather odd, "Ok..." he nodded and agreed and Regina tugged him with her into Molly's room to get her into bed. Regina's phone was silent even after they got Molly soundly asleep.
"Ok let me go grab that because we will be miserable without out cream for coffee," He said. "No no, come on," Regina tugged him, "You sure you're ok?" He asked. "I'm fine, I just.." she tipped her head back flirtatiously. "Want you," She grinned.
"Regina, you sure you're ok? I mean I know I'm awesome and good in bed, but?" he tipped his head. "Yeah so, maybe I'm horny, I mean we're past 3 months here, and I am getting my appetite back," she grinned and kissed him passionately.
"Mmm," he grunted in the back of his throat as he moved his hands around her waist and she leaned up more to him. Her phone of course buzzed. "Oh it must be Zelena," Regina moaned against his mouth. "Mmm," he agreed with a noise.
*Molly crying*
Regina's POV- Normally I would be upset, but GOOD timing baby girl.
"I got her, hold this thought," he grinned. He headed towards the baby room, and Regina looked at her phone, and then the doorbell rang. She opened it, "Success," Graham whispered and slid the keys into her hand.
"Lost the pacifier, what are you doing here?" Killian came back out. "Uhh, was in the neighborhood at Zelena's," he shrugged. "And why are you here? I see you enough at work," Killian teased. "Wow I feel loved, I just.. umm was..." Graham whined.
"Did you two have a fight?" Regina hinted. "Right, yeah, that, we bickered," Graham said. "So? What do you want me to do?" Killian asked. "Nothing, thanks for the support," Graham said. "I'm sure it's fine," Regina smiled. "Right, it was just a little argument about what kind of.... Christmas tree to get," Graham made up.
"Ok, so nothing serious," Killian put his hand around Regina's waist. She lifted her arm, since the keys were in her hand, and she purposely knocked the basket to the floor. "Oh crap," she kneels down, and this ensures the keys are back in their place.
"Ok, I guess I'll go then," Graham said. "Great, bye," Killian grinned and tugged Regina to him again.
Regina smiled at him, "Now, where were we?" he grinned.
