"Miss?"

Meera entered the house with the driver bringing her luggage. Jaebum had called another driver from the company and directly went there to solve the issue.

"Good morning." She bowed seeing her mother in law. The old lady was leaving to visit the orphanage which was under her name but stopped abruptly seeing her daughter in law at the doorstep.

"Why did- it's Jaebum isn't it?" She sighed in frustration. She was annoyed at her son's irresponsible behaviour. They were supposed to come days later but her son couldn't wait to go back to work. She rubbed her nose bridge and asked Bora to keep her luggage in the room.

"You don't look good Meera. Go and rest. We will wake you up for lunch. Okay?" Meera nodded and went to her room. After taking a quick shower, she fell on her bed and went to sleep.

"Take care of her. I might come at late afternoon. And call me immediately if something happens."

"Yes mam." Mrs Im instructed the maids clearly and went to the orphanage.

Jaebum ran to his cabin while talking to one of the employees on phone. The meeting would start in an hour or two. He had to prepare himself with all the necessary details.

"Good morning Mr Im." A beautiful lady greeted him when he stepped inside the cabin. He could clearly tell that it was not a genuine smile but an irritated one.

"You can nag at me later Sana." Jaebum sighed and sat on the big leather chair. He picked up the required file and quickly glanced through the pages. He saw things underlined, marked and extra information written in sticky notes.

"You can thank me later Jaebum." Sana flipped her hair dramatically before leaving for some other work.

Jaebum relaxed seeing his work became easier than before. He then contacted Jinyoung for further preparations.

The meeting went well and the project was still in their hands. They were coming back to his cabin.

"I told you that I would handle it. I can't believe that you cut your honeymoon short for this. Consider yourself lucky that she didn't throw a tantrum like a typical wife." Jinyoung said as they finally settled in the big leather couch in Jaebum's cabin.

"And consider yourself lucky that I didn't throw my heels at you! How could you not invite me to your wedding Jaebum?!"

"There she goes again." Jinyoung smiled in a teasing way when Sana entered the room. He was kinda happy seeing his best friend miserable in front of his secretary and a school friend. Serves you right.

"I wanted to invite-"

"I don't need excuses Jaebum. You didn't invite others it's okay but me? You could have invited me Jaebum. We're working together." Sana was hurt and disappointed but she covered it all with her overacting and over dramatic self.

"Ill be going." Jinyoung stood up and left the place leaving Jaebum to handle Sana on his own. He sighed as he looked at the woman in front.

They talked and argued a little before coming at a conclusion.

"20% raise."

"20?! I'll give you 10." Jaebum retorted. Sana puffed her cheeks.

"25!"

"Yah! You aren't supposed to raise it further!"

Jaebum and Sana continued to bicker till...

"Okay 30%. Happy?" Sana cheered and clapped to herself. She completely forgot that she wasn't invited to the wedding. The only thing which she had in her mind was shopping. "Yes! I could shop more."
