After having a great dinner, Jin dropped Meera back to her place. She was really thankful to him for the much needed conversation. Words said by him helped her in taking a decision.

She entered her home to see the maids in the living room.

"Meera!" Soyoo rushed to her with others following her. She held her shoulders. "Are you okay? Where were you! You should've at least messaged us or something! We were so worried." Then she hugged her tightly. Meera could feel how much they cared for her.

"I met someone."

"Who?"

"Dr Jin."

Dasom had hearts in her eyes on hearing the name but Bora nudged her arm to bring her to the reality and a glare which said don't you daydream about him right now.

They all nodded while thinking. "Where is Jaebum?" Meera asked. She wanted to talk to him about a lot of things.

Hyolyn bit her lip, "he went out to look for you. It's been an hour now. You didn't take your phone and he didn't know where to find you."

Seeing the guilt on Meera's face, Bora took over the situation. "I'll call him now. You can go to your room. We will bring you your dinner." Meera shook her head. "I ate with Dr Jin."

Meera then went to her room and took a cold shower. She needed to relax and prepare herself for the most important decision of her life. A decision which she took for herself and by herself. Everything was up to her.

After the shower she sat on the bed and took out a book to read. She bought that book a long time back but never had the chance to even start it. She couldn't believe that she was all calm and collected at the moment.

A conversation changed me so much.

The door opened immediately snapping her away from her thoughts. Jabeum stood at the doorstep with a heaving chest, panting. He sighed in relief seeing Meera in front of him. He wanted to run to her and hug her and apologise properly, wanting her to stay with him.

But he didn't. Something stopped him.

"Where were you?" His voice was soft like a whisper hinting that he was worried.

"I met Dr Jin in the market. He invited me over to his place." She replied looking for a reaction. Jaebum relaxed more knowing that she was with someone trustworthy and reliable.

"You can take a shower if you want. We can talk later." She handed him his towel with a small smile and it somehow scared Jaebum. She was mad when she left but now there was no sign of any anger or disappointment.

With a trembling heart he took a shower. All the while he couldn't help but be scared with the overall atmosphere in the room. He was dying to find out what she had in her mind.

"Did something happen with Dr Jin?" Jabeum finally asked her the moment he came out of the bathroom with the T-shirt sticking to his wet body. He didn't even wipe himself properly because of the nervousness he felt.

"We just talked about a lot of things. Do you know that he has a child?"

Meera asked curiously. It was not like Jin would suddenly pop up in their conversation and Jaebum would tell her about the doctor's life but she was still curious to know.

"He has a son right? I'm not sure about it."

Jaebum's mind was moving in circles. So instead of waiting he sat in front of her and initiated the conversation he dreaded the most.
