Chapter 12 Stellar Spirit Loke

The next few days were simple. They continued to help rebuild the guild hall and help Mira out. Cain finally started renting an apartment in the same building as Aviana and Katsandra. Erza's group returned from there job but, as usual, they hadn't made much money because they had to pay for the damage they had caused while doing it. Something had obviously happened though because Lucy was scowling and when Gray and Natsu tried to drag her into their argument she told them to shut up so forcefully that they actually listened. Then a group of girls ran in and raced up to Mira. They were all asking questions and demanding to know where Loki was. Apparently, Loki had broken up with all of them last night, they wanted to know why and who his new girl was. When Mira started to get overwhelmed she called out to Lucy for help. Unfortunately, that made the girls believe that Lucy was Loki's new girlfriend, "Don't get me involved Mira!" Lucy cried and raced out of the guild.

It took at least an hour to calm down the girls and get them to leave. Then they returned to rebuilding the guild. That night, however, another bomb-shell was dropped on the already stressed guild. Mira came running in and shouted, "Look what I found!" she was gripping a sheet of paper in her hand.

The master took the note and read it. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped. He rose to his feet and shouted, "Everyone! I need you all to fan out and find Loki!"

"Why? What happened?" Erza asked.

Makarov read the letter out loud, "Dear Fairy Tail, By the time you read this I'll probably be long gone but I couldn't leave without saying some sort of goodbye. Circumstances have forced me to leave Fairy Tail. I'm going to miss all of you. Goodbye Everyone, Loki."

"What the heck!" Natsu shouted.

"There's no sort of explanation at all. Why would he leave?" Cain asked.

"I don't know," said Master Makarov, "That is why we must find him."

Everyone started to call out places they would search for him. Then Gray started to run off, "I'll go get Lucy! She doesn't know about this yet!" he yelled over his shoulder.

"Katsandra and I can look for Loki from the air," Aviana said.

"Good. If you see him signal everyone who is searching that area at ground level." Makarov ordered.
With a quick nod, Aviana signaled Katsandra and the two took off. As they soared over the rooftops of Magnolia they could see their friends racing through the streets calling for Loki. Every so often they would look up at her and Katsandra hopefully, but Aviana would shake her head, signaling that she still had nothing.

After over an hour of fruitless searching, Aviana saw a golden glow come from the forest. It was near one of the waterfalls. It was a different place from where she had told Cain her story, but it wasn't far from there. "Katsandra let's go see what that is," she said, pointing at the glow.

Katsandra nodded, "Okay."

They flew towards the light. When they got there Lucy was there alone but she was holding a new spirit key. "Lucy? What happened over here? Did you find Loke? What was that light?" Aviana asked.

Lucy laughed, "That's a long story. Round everyone up and take them back to the guild. I'll explain there."

With a nod Katsandra grabbed Aviana and they quickly flew around the city signaling everyone to return to the guild. Once everyone was there Lucy began to tell them what had happened. "It would probably be easier if I show you." she said then held out her new spirit key, "Open Gate of the Lion!" and in a flash of golden light, Loki appeared. His clothes had changed, now wearing a black suit.
