It wasn't long before they felt the floor shaking, "Looks like someone has run into one of Jellal's 'hired players.'" Cain said.

Aviana shivered, "Yeah, I can sense surging water on this level of the tower so it must have been Juvia and Lucy."

"I hope they're Ok. Lucy doesn't have much confidence in her strength." Cain said.

"We have to have faith, Cain," Aviana said, then just ahead of them she saw more soldiers, "Incoming!"

The men rushed them, Aviana jumped left, kicked off the wall, and somersaulted right over their heads. Landing behind them she turned and blasted them with a jet of water. Cain had gotten a hold of one of the guard's spears and was using its length to his advantage. Aviana summoned her twin water swords and went to work. They were careful not to cause fatal injuries but the made sure none of the men could continue fighting. Aviana slammed the last one up against the wall, "I'm only gonna ask this once," she growled, "Where is Jellal?"

"T-t-top fl-floor." he stammered.

Aviana dropped him, "Thank you." she said. She turned to Cain, "Let's go." He nodded and the two took off down the hallway.

Almost every time they turned a corner they seemed to run into more guards. Every time they did they would run off again leaving the guards groaning on the floor. They kept doing this trying to get to the top floor and Jellal until the heard a voice behind them, "Aviana! Cain! Wait up!" they turn and saw Katsandra flying towards them.

"Katsandra! You're OK!" Aviana cried, she ran over and gave her Exceed friend a squeeze.

"Yes, I'm fine," Katsandra said, extracting herself, "Natsu defeated the cat girl and the block man thus freeing Happy and I. I tagged along as they started this game. The man in the metal mask told me you were somewhere in the tower and I just had to find you."

"You mean Miriana, Wally, and Simon, right?" Cain asked.

"I believe those were their names, yes." Katsandra replied, "But we should probably get out of here. The 'hired players' Jellal has are from an assassins guild called Trinity Raven."

"Right." Aviana agreed, "The only problem is we don't know the way back from here."

"I think we could help with that." said a voice. They turned Wally was standing there with Miriana. Wally had Juvia over his shoulder, she was unconscious, and Lucy stood behind Miriana.

Cain tensed, "How do we know we can trust you. Last we heard Simon couldn't reach you to tell you that we're not enemies."

"That may be true but since you got separated from him he got through to us. We're here to help, Nya." Miriana said.

"They found me and Juvia after our fight. Juvia was down and I was out of magic if they had wanted to they could have killed us at any time." Lucy said.

"We don't have time to argue over who fights for what reasons and who is an enemy," Katsandra cut in.

Wally nodded, "The cat's right,"

"EXCEED!" Katsandra barked.

"Right, sorry, Exceed. Whether you trust us or not we're all going the same direction. Out of the tower. So if you want out of here follow us." Wally finished, then he turned and headed down a hallway. Miriana followed. After looking at Lucy, Aviana, Katsandra, and Cain followed.

They hadn't gone far when they heard pounding footsteps behind them. Turning they saw Shou racing towards them, "YOU!" Aviana shouted, "Where's Erza!?"
