Aurora POV

After an awkward goodbye with Daxton, it was awkward because my Dad decided to stand there. And subtly suggest it time to leave by looking at his watch constantly. So we were in between do we shake hands or hug definitely wouldn't want any lip action cause that would cause my Dads wolf to appear. So we just waved at each other goodbye.

After he left I ran up to my room and got ready for bed. I lay down on my bed ready to read my book but my mind kept going back to my day with Daxton. He treated with so much kindness and he was so attractive. He was really listening to me as I talked about myself, it was like he was trying to memorize every word that we said to each other. And the way he looked at me it just melted my heart that he cared.

My book long forgotten I lay in bed tired, I closed my eyes only to see striking blue eyes looking back me with brown curly hair just above his chiseled jawline. And that white top with the v neck showing off his muscular chest and bolding arms. It wasn't long before I heard the familiar beeps of my alarm warning me it's time to get up.

I groaned knowing I had to get up soon.

I had a shower got dressed and had an apple for breakfast when there was a knock at the door.

Travis yelled "I'll get it"

As if I had the energy to open or even stand up to get the door.

"Morning baby" Daxton said

"Hey" I replied

"You ok" he asked concerned

"Fine"

"I'm here to take you to school are you ready" he said

"Sure"

"Wait can I catch a ride too" Travis said

"Yeah cool" Daxton replied

We were on our way to school and I kept drifting in and out of sleep

"Is Aurora ok" Daxton asked Travis

"Yeah shes just not a morning person" he replied

"Oh ok"

By the time we got to school Travis ran off saying Thanks to Daxton before he was catching up with his football friends

"Baby we're at school now, time to get up" Daxton said

"Hmm 5 more minutes please"

"Baby your going to be late"

"I don't care I'm a scholar I don't need classes what's one day off"

"Do you really want to take the day off?"

"Yes"

I felt the comfort of a warm cozy bed and a nice fluffy pillow. Wait I'm at SCHOOL

I sat up so fast and opened my eyes to see I wasn't in school after all. I was in a bed in a room I didn't recognize, with cream colored walls, and black curtains, a window seat and then I turned to see Daxton in a single arm chair looking at me

"Hey did you have a good sleep" he asked

"Daxton where am I?"

"Well your in my bed sleeping"

"What the hell why? I'm going to be late for school" I tried to get out but he stood

"Its ok I mindlinked your father your brother and the principle to tell them you won't be in today you were sick and I was going to taking you to my place to rest"
