Aurora POV

I hadn't spoken to Daxton for a week, things were intense. He would join me at my appointments and then leave. I was locked to the house and followed by Carlos everywhere.

I was moving around the kitchen while Carlos sat at the table when I felt a sharp pain to my abdomen. That's strange what the hell was that. Then I continued to grab things when all of a sudden the sharp pain hit me again this time I dropped an egg and smashed when Carlos looked up to see me crouched over in pain

"Aurora are you alright"

"Argh no I think something is wrong"

"Ok let me take you the doctor"

"Carlos don't you dare tell Daxton that's an order, if he doesn't ask don't tell him please"

"Aurora"

"Please"

"Fine, he will ask me"

"Not unless he ask you directly what is wrong with me, you will not tell him ever"

"Argh fine"

By the time we reached the affirmary the doctor was waiting

"Doctor is this doctor patient confidentiality"

"Yes"

"Good so whatever happens in the room is between you myself and my guard Carlos, not even my husband  will know"

"Yes but he is the King he can submit me to answer"

"Well then until that time, your lips are sealed"

"As you wish my Queen, so how can I help?"

"I've been getting sharp pains in my abdomen"

"Ok let me do a quick scan to make sure the baby is ok and then I'll draw some blood"

"Thank you doctor"

Hours passed

"My Queen your results are in"

"Ok well"

"Sorry my Queen but your baby is stressed, when it senses its mothers stress the baby can normally feel it too."

"But it's only a peanut"

"Ah yes well it was a peanut a few days ago but now it's a watermelon, but because of your lack of sleep and emotions running high your weight doesn't show how the pup growth is, we can maybe save the pup but this stress could potentially kill you"

"Oh God not our pup what do I do?"

"You will need your husband to help heal your stress levels it could save your life"

"Nope my life is not important my pup life is, I need to do this without him"

"Hmm well... you will need to eat more often, rest more, think positive and stay healthy I can prescribe you some medicine to help relieve the stress"

"No I will be fine"

"As you wish I will need to keep you in overnight just for safety precautions"

"Ok Thank you doctor"

The doctor left me with Carlos

"You need to tell him, he has to be here for you"

"No you promised"

"I don't like keeping secrets Aurora"

"Fine if he asks you tonight or hes looking for me you can tell him, but he won't"

"Good"
