JUSTINS POV
The smell of sex lingered in the room as the moonlight peered through the lace curtains from our bedroom balcony. The few faints of wind blowing on my scorching, limp body made me feel like I was in a state of ecstasy -  Selena's naked body tangled with mine was just a blissful bonus. My mood clearly wasn't too tainted or full of anger to avoid making love to my girlfriend. In a way, I suppose it was a selfish reason to indulge but it was a pleasure for both of us. I was in a state of a nirvana now, nothing else mattered.
With everything proceeding on in our lives, I found the moments which were soaked with serenity too good to be true and if I could handle how real the moment was, it wasn't until someone playing the role of God snatched it up and set fire to it. The indulgence into something wonderful would usually never last. There would always be something to splinter a straightforward path.
But ignoring the things that haven't yet happened, I just focused every span of attention on her. Her body was so lightweight. Her gentle movements were the only signs that we were even skin to skin, we moulded together too well. Her touch was always too tender. If the whistling and naturalistic sounds from outside weren't in the background, the only other sign would be her soothing heartbeat against mine that remained slow and peaceful.
Sadly, that was the closest I would be reaching to absolute content right now.
I knew when I move Selena's dormant body off mine so I can gain some freedom to move around the room or grab a drink from the kitchen, I will be rushed with the thoughts of what happened earlier - the rejection, the betrayal by blood. Not that I am thriving in that department myself. This was different, right?
I knew things would be difficult, building a reputation back up which before was quite dependent on my father and the family business but to have my father clawing at it piece by piece until only small fragments remain? I don't know how I'll manage to gain it back. Even a small percentage was out of touch.
Despite my desire to get up and fix this together with a plan, I lie perfectly still in bed, caressing Selena's backbone smoothly where the ends of her curly hair reached. Her body was a canvas and I was glad it was mine. Just until the morning sun made its entrance in a few more hours, she was what my mind should be fixated on. Deep fears were on the sidelines, just until I wake up again.
                              •••
"Come on, Selena." I tried to wake her up several times but I had no successful attempts. God, she was irritably hard to wake up. It was like mission impossible. Only when I got some form of response, It was a mix of tired groans or just another 5 minutes.
I stared at the matte black watch hugging my wrist, just admiring the design rather than the time and knew I needed to get a move on with the day. I search through the long wardrobe and take off a red dress off the rack which also had a belt attached to it. I also grab a pair of tights to match her skin tone and her black stilettos that had yet to see the sunlight and are still boxed condition.
I throw them kindly on the bedside her body wasn't sprawled out on and then found her some matching black underwear, black lace bra with a thong and tossed them on top.
"We have stuff to do today and most of the day has already been wasted just chilling in bed so get up." I complain eagerly now.
"No." The morning raspy voice of hers was always very sexy and alluring. She prompts her head up to look at the digital clock on her side before groaning with more frustration. "It's too early."
I looked at the watch around my wrist before I gently shook my head at her. Her clock was definitely wrong. "Sel, it's nearly half one in the afternoon."
