The touch of the knob of our new apartment made my hand really, really cold. I twist it and open it slightly. Aden gets the lights, moving our belongings into the big apartment.

After we said goodbye to Maka and Soul, we told Professor Stein that we found a partner, meaning me and Aden. He led us to the front desk where they signed us into a apartment for the both of us. Getting that settled, we headed with our stuff to the apartment.

"This is a really nice apartment." Aden says. I look back at him and turn around again. "We should look around." We move our stuff at the side and walk all over the apartment.

"There's two rooms." I shout to Aden. "They seem to be the same size, just that they're shaped differently." I go to one of the rooms, and see that both rooms have balconies. Walking over there I notice a guy with a very sad expression. He has pointy, blue hair. I instantly recognize him. "Hey! Black Star!"

He was standing there, his arms placed on the balcony fence. He suddenly straightens up when he hears my voice. I wave to him. He doesn't wave back. He just stands there, but then leans forward, and jumps on the balcony fence. "Cassy? Is that you?" Black Star shouts back.

"Yeah! I didn't know you lived around here!" I sit at the edge of the balcony, and suddenly Black Star becomes alert.

"I don't think you should do that." He says. We're practically across the street of each other, so shouting isn't necessary.

"Sitting at the edge of the balcony? I've done this many times. I don't think you should be standing like that either." I tell him.

"What are you talking about? I'm the amazing Black Star! I'm not afraid of anything, and I'm not afraid to falling to my faith!" He shouts. Victory pose again, but then a laugh.

I snicker. "Ok, Black Star. Well, I should go. See you at school." I say before waving goodbye.

"Wait up!" Black Star says. I turn around. "Are you sure you don't remember me?" I stay and don't say anything.

"I'm sorry Black Star." I finally say. "Like I said before, everything is a blur."

"Ok." He says. He walks back into his house, but before he does that, he waves to me gently, and I wave back. He closes the doors and curtains and he's nowhere to be seen. I do the same and shut the doors. I turn around to see Aden with my stuff.

"You can have this room." He says kindly.

"Ok, but...are you sure you don't want it?" I ask.

"Na. I have the other room. And anyways, this way you can talk to Black Star whenever you want." He lays down my stuff. Smiling, he steps out of the room. I grin and try to close the door when the door creeks and breaks.

"The hell?!" I shout. Aden comes in front of my room.

"I forgot to mention that this door needs repairing." He laughs.

"So you only gave it to me because it had a broken door?!" I shout again.

"Yup." I frown deeply, and leave the door against the wall. Getting my stuff, I search for a screwdriver and finally finding one.

I take the door, Aden helping me, we place the door where it should be. I examine the latches and they seem to come off. They were loose. I screw in the bolts, making Aden ask questions.

"How did you have a screwdriver in your stuff?" He asks.

"My dad suggested to bring it. I also have pliers as well." I respond. I finally finish screwing in the door.

"You just needed to screw in the door? I could of done that." He's mocking me.

"You could of, but didn't. You were too lazy to do something so simple as to screw in a door." I say between fake laughs.

"Your so mean." He pouts.

"I'm mean to everyone." I put away my screwdriver. I feel someone coming up behind me, but I didn't feel him until I turned around and bumped into him. Aden looks down on me. I have to tilt my head 75 degrees in order to see his face. "Sorry Aden."

He scratches the back of his head, looking away. "Its fine." He still scratching his head, but now he's looking at me. "You think you can help me with my room? Since I have more things than you, I would like some help arranging." I nod my head, and we walk over to his room.
