Black Star Story ~ A Star Can Love Too

Chapter 6

*Black Star's Point of View*

2 weeks later, It's late morning and all of us were on a mission to capture a certain killer. Remember the time where Soul and Maka went to go capture the soul of Jack the Ripper? Well, this guy has a somewhat similar name, Jeff the Killer. Yep.

We were heading to the United States, meaning this is our farthest mission yet. Cassy~chan was acting jumpy all day until we finally got there. Apparently, Cassy~chan and Aden were now 2 star students in the academy, something like they're both talented, and that's really irritating.

"Hey Star~kun!" Cassy calls to me while walking around New Jersey.

"What's with the nickname and the 'kun' at the end?" I laugh. "I'm Black Star!" I add.

"I know, but I like Star~kun better, and I think Cassy~chan feels happy about this." She smiles sweetly to me, and I can't help it, so I turn the opposite way.

"Hey Black Star." Kid is next to me, he smiles kind of weird, but I decide to ignore that because, Cassy~chan is next to me.

"What?" I ask, curious.

"When we get to the hotel, I'll need to tell you something. And don't worry, its nothing bad." I nod to his words. I don't care what he has to tell me, and I just want to spend time with Cassy~chan. What am I saying?!

"Black Star. You need to slow your pace." Soul tells me, leaning over Cassy~chan's shoulder. What are you doing?!

"Don't sweat it! I'm just making sure that the way is clear. I am a star after all." I laugh.

"You wish. You almost got us killed by that lady in the airplane." Liz says, a sweat drop falling from her head. Soul lifts an eyebrow.

"Watch out for him, Cassy~san." I hear Soul whisper to Cassy~chan.

"We need to hurry, Cassy, or we'll never get to the hotel." Aden says. He pushes Cassy~chan forward, putting his left hand on her lower back and leading her to the hotel. I feel the tend to kill him so badly right now.

"Their in a hurry." Maka says. "I wonder what's gone up with Aden lately with Cassy~chan." I look at her, but I have to look at Aden and Cassy~chan who are now entering the hotel. For some reason, when I see Aden talk to her, touch her, or even smiling at her, I feel the hotness of my blood boiling to the point. I just can't stand Aden, not even if he asks me anything or just looks at me.

"We should go too." I say before going after Aden and Cassy~chan, walking fast so I don't have to stay with the guys. I don't want them to feel my aura.

"Hey Black Star!" Tsubaki calls to me. I don't turn around, I'm too focused right now. I hear footsteps behind and I know its her. We both enter the hotel, and I feel eyes on me. Tsubaki's probably. "Black Star." I sigh at her voice. I turn around to look at Tsubaki right in the eyes. I smile to her.

"Its ok Tsubaki. Don't worry about me." I tell her. She doesn't smile at me, she just shakes her head, and walks over to Cassy~chan and Aden. I feel more people walk over to me.

"What was that about, Black Star?" Soul asks.

"What about?" I respond, but I sound shaky at the same time.

"Forget it. Lets just check in." He says. I nod and we all go to the front desk. While walking up behind the group, I notice that Cassy~chan walked over to a elevator and it was just about to close. I run after her and the doors close right at the right moment too. Aden sees me enter with her, and frowns when he sees me.
