Black Star Story ~ A Star Can Love Too

Chapter 5

*Cassy's Point of View*

With Black Star's little out bursts, Kid told me that Aden and Black Star got on the wrong foot.

"Aden was just calm while sitting at his desk. Black Star doesn't seem very faun of him, and began going off edge.." Kid says. "I don't think he'll be able to hold off much longer." I look up to look towards Aden and Black Star.

Aden lays back, looking straight towards the board, and Black Star leans onto his desk. I worry a bit because if they end up getting in a fight of some sort, things WILL get ugly.

~After School~

"Do you guys want to come over?" I ask. Maka and Soul seem to be up to it. Kid, Liz and Patty hesitate, but finally decides to join. As for Black Star and Tsubaki, Tsubaki would only go if Black Star would. Black Star declined my offer, but when I asked, he didn't want to tell me.

I sured him that he won't regret coming. I told him when he gets bored, he can head home. He finally agreed when I begged him like 100 times.

"Where do you want me to set this Cassy?" Kid asks. We're walking into my apartment...and Aden's as well. They look all over the place, taking in that our apartment is really nice. I say the same, I mean, i bet all apartment rooms are the same size, but some are nicer than others. I assume, but I might be wrong.

"Just set it in the kitchen." I say. He carries a cake that I bought. I was suppose to carry it, but Maka and Soul claimed that one of the guys should carry it instead. Maka looked over at Soul, but then he said: 'Cool guys don't carry stuff for others.' Maka punched him of course.

Maka and I directed ourselves to Black Star. He said no because he's a great star and all. Then our attention stayed on Kid.

He looked back at us, and Soul told him that he should carry the cake. I told them I could carry it, or Aden can. Aden declined. He didn't buy it, so he wasn't going to carry it. Kid agreed to carry it, and tease the guys that he was actually a gentleman. Soul, Black Star, and Aden began arguing with me, saying that they could be gentleman if they wanted to. I told them no way, and they wanted to prove it by taking away the cake from Kid. I pushed them away, letting Kid sparkle and us girls admiring him. The guys were jealous, of course. So, us girls will tease them often about this.

I walk into the kitchen, followed by the girls. "I'll be making food, so guys can just relax and watch TV or something."

"We came to help you Cassy~chan!" Patty shouts, hugging me.

"Really?" Sounding surprised.

"Yeah. I really want to see what we make out of all the things we have in here." Maka says. My lips start to quiver, and my eyes start to tear up.

"Thank you! I don't have to make food alone anymore!" I shout, hugging Maka, and feeling relieved.

"No worries Cassy." Maka smiles and I let go of her. I wipe away my tears and I feel determined all of sudden.

"Lets make food!" Shouting into the air, raising my hand and making everyone do the same.

"Yeah!" We all say.

*Black Star's Point of View*

"Yeah!" We all look towards the kitchen. The girls seem to be shouting about something, that's for sure.

"What's wrong with them?" Soul asks, tipping his chair to see through the kitchen door.

"Who knows?" Kid says. "Maybe they found something that they really liked and they decided to make us wonder about it?"
