"I'm in what?"

Her eyes twinkled in the low light of the lair. She pushed her bangs out of her face. She sighed a dreamy little sigh and looked at me with her baby blue orbs.

"Oh (Y/n)! You're in love with Leo. I know exactly how you feel. You want to kiss him and just be with him! You can't find any flaws! He's just perfect to you, isn't he?"

I cock an eyebrow. I can find definitely find some flaws in Leo. He was too trusting of me and a little cocky. And kiss? I thought that was a joke? What's so appealing about putting my lips on his? It sounds like a great way to transmit germs and disease. I say as I literally shared blood with Leo.

"April, I don't think that's right? In love? That's ridiculous! Love doesn't exists."

April gasped and covered her mouth. She pouted and furrowed her perfect eyebrows and purses her lips.

"Love exists everywhere! You love your sister don't you?"

"Well yes, but that's a much different type of love. I meant romantic love. It's a big sick joke."

She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. She obviously wasn't going to put up with my opinion. The facts are facts. Love just doesn't exist!

"Believe what you want to believe, but give me a chance to hook you up with Leo. I want you to have a chance."

I laughed out loud. Hook me up? A warrior of the ocean and the sky, with a ninja master? He's highly skilled and does not have time to mess around with some mediocre warrior with a sword!

"You know I can hear your thoughts! And that's totally not true! You're an amazing sword master, just like Leo! You two have so much in common!"

I sighed. I decided to give in, she's just too stubborn, there's no way I'm getting out of this without her getting me a date with Leo.

"Fine I guess."

She took my wrist and dragged me to the guest room.

"Text him to meet you on the docks at midnight! Me and Donnie will set up a pretty romantic dinner and you two can eat and you can confess how you feel."

I nod. I pull out my phone and text his number. Soon enough I get a knock on the door. Leo's deep voice rung through the wood.

"Uh, you can just talk to me in person and I have your water."

I open the door and take the water from his hands. He has his mask around his neck as he leans against the doorway. His katana's aren't on his shell along with his belt. His knee and elbow pads are not present and his wrappings are put away. He's so hot.

"MEETMEATTHEDOCKSATMIDNIGHT!"

I snatch the water and slam to door shut. I pant and slam the glass down on top of the dresser next to the door. I lean against the wall and gag. I hear April giggle as I try desperately to catch my breath. I hear Leo's voice speak again.

"Ok... I guess..."

"That was something."

April inquires. I turn deep red and turn around. I growl and ball my hands into fists

"I can't believe you made me do that O'Neil! I looked like an absolute freak!"

She laughed. Her red locks bouncing as she giggles. She smiled at me and pushed her bangs out of her face.

"Well, we should fix you up."

I cocked an eyebrow again. What's wrong with my appearance? Is battle gear not good enough.
