Bad Things Happen To Good People

I woke up in a giant test tube. I was submerged in water. I couldn't breath, and I began to bang on the glass, screaming to be released. I saw Kraang Subprime approach the test tube. He laughed maniacally and- why does this seem so familiar? He began to tap on the glass, irritating my sensitive ears. Now I understand, I had a premonition of this in my dream... so I guess I'm going to die... I began to remember the details... it seems like it had only been a few hours...

I began to feel my eye lids flutter open. I was in my side, I slowly began to gain my senses back after sleeping. I felt a warm body behind me and strong arms wrapping around me. It was warm and welcoming, but my nightmare had an ominous feel.

I think Darkness was still alive, I so dearly hope she isn't... buts she's a slippery little bastard and it wouldn't be surprising. She reached out to me I'm pretty sure.

It was just us, in a dark room, staring at each other. She told me to watch out, and that danger was on my horizon. She says her vendetta has almost been achieved. She had danger laced in her voice.

"Are you just gonna sit there and look terrified? You know this is real (Y/n), you and I both."

Those words rung in my head, over and over again. It made me begin to sweat and my heart pound. I felt the body behind me begin to stir. I heard a groan and then I felt a soft kiss be planted on my neck.

"Ohayou, hana."

"Good morning Leo."

I said calmly, trying to act like my nightmare didn't happen. He can't know, I don't want to startle him. You promised him no more walls (Y/n)... no more secrets. This has to be kept secret though. Darkness is my problem, not his. I felt him plant soft kisses on my cheek and neck making me smile and taking me out of my fearful trance.

"Come on (Y/n). Wake up fully, I wanna see your face again."

His voice was deep and raspy due to lack of use for the night. I giggled and turned over to see his sleepy eyes, gazing back at me dreamily. I cupped the side of his face as he brought me closer to him. I placed my lips softly onto his. He squeezed my hips a bit out of surprise and pleasure. He pulled away and stroked my hair.

"I never thought I'd have this chance. I'm so glad I met you (Y/n)."

I blush and kiss his cheek lovingly. "You know I feel the same way about you." I say with a shy smile as lovely thoughts filled my head.

He rolled me on top of him with a smirk. I was straddling him know. My blush turned a deep red as I tensed.

"Don't worry Hana, this won't get too intimate. Just lay your head down and straighten your legs. I promise, it'll feel good."

I did as I was told, he lifted my shirt up my back and stopped just under my breasts. He took a his fingers and began to rub my back gently, sending shivers up my spine. I relaxed and closed my eyes. I exhaled audibly as I felt all my worry and tension flood out of me. Leo chuckled.

"Enjoying yourself?"

I nodded, only being able to push out an "mmmhm". We stayed there for a bit until Leo pushed me off and sat up, he stretched his arms up and over his head.

"Here, let me grab us some tea. Oolong or Earl Grey? Milk? Honey? Both or none?"

"Oolong please, just a dollop of honey, nothing much."

He got up and tied his mask around his neck as he left the room. I was in the room with just me and my thoughts. You're gonna have to tell him at some point. You can't keep this secret. You promised Leo no more walls, only honesty! But... Leo can't know... he just can't worry about this right now. Later.
