Beach..and Prison..

Emily's P.O.V.

Yesterday was so fun. 

We let James and Dan stay over at our house. It was nice having some male company. We told them everything, and I mean everything. From the house party, till now.

"Thanks so much for letting us stay. We loved catching up with you guys..." James said getting his stuff together.

"It's a nice day, how's about we go to the beach?" Hannah said walking out of her room wearing a short beach dress.

Dan's mouth fell open. We all laughed.

I went to get ready, I put on high waisted shorts and a tank top.

We all walked to the beach!

Hannah's P.O.V.

We got to the beach and Josh was pointing to the sea.

I walked him over. Josh is my world, and I will do everything and anything I can to give him the best upbringing I can.

I felt a hand slide round my waist as I watched Josh sitting on the sand and playing with it.

I turned to see Dan.

"Hey" He smiled.

For some reason, all I thought about was Aston, and how he should be here having a family day out with us.

"Hi" I smiled back.

Dan sat down and played with Josh.

I looked over and Emily and James were talking.

Emily's P.O.V.

"Hey, so you still with Niall then" James asked scooching closer to me.

"Y- yeh.." I stuttered

"Ohh" He said lying back sunbathing.

"Erm Hannah" I shouted.

She came back, with Josh and Dan.

"Imma go visit Niall.." I said.

"So sorry, I'm being selfish here. You've done nothing wrong James...I just feel like somethings not right" I said. Everyone looked dumbfounded.

I ran off the beach and got in my car and drove to visit him.

I walked in and Niall was sitting with Aston.

I went in from behind and suprised him, giving him a kiss.

"Emily! hi" He said giving me a hug.

"Hi, erm, is there something wrong?" I asked.

"No.." He said looking confused.

I breathed a sigh of relief.

"I seen you yesterday..walking with two lads-

"Dan and James" I interupted.

"And we're just friends" I said again.

"Told you" Aston nudged Niall.

"What?Niall you have to stop thinking I'll cheat/leave you because I wont. You got to have trust" I said looking hurt.

"Emily I do, but I'm scared someone will try it on..it isn't you. It's them..." He trailed off.

"No..well I wont leave you. Stop thinking I will" I said repeating myself of what I said the other day.

~awkward silence~

"I need my life back.." He said looking down. 

"I know it isn't nice here Ni, but it will be over with soon" I said trying to make him feel better.

"No it won't. I'm stuck here in this shit hole for fucking 3 years" He said raising his voice.

I looked down totally stuck for words.

"Mr Horan, come this way" The policewoman said.

"What? Are you mental? I'm here with my fiance. Can't you let me speak with her?" I yelled at the woman.

"Excuse me.." She said handcuffing him and dragging him away.

"Fiance?" I asked Aston.

"Hahaha. I don't know" He said laughing.

I looked confused.

"And you Mr Merrygold" A woman said to Aston.

"Bye Emily. Send Josh and Hannah my love" He said looking sad.

"I will" I said.

I picked my bag up and walked out the door.

Point?

I rang Hannah.

"Hey where are you?" I asked.

"Beach still" She answered.

"On ma way" I said getting into the car.
