Third Person
Miki shuffled through her papers, some in her home language, others in English. She looked to her trainer, watching her write and occasionally adjusting her glasses. She was writing her latest report for the past few days for her overseer. Their overseer was a man from Soviet Russia, Ivan Aleksei.
The taller woman looked through her papers, reviewing her writing and facts. Over all, the only noise in the room was the shuffling of papers. Christina looked through her files and other papers quickly and in an unorganized manner.
Her door to her room suddenly swung open, as it crashed against the wall. Miki shrieked and Chris jumped up, looking at the intruder who had broken her concentration. Much to her dismay, it was her older brother. His hair was messy, his eyes wild and bloodshot. It looked like he hadn't gotten much of any sleep, and now, Chris was starting to worry for him.
"If you could, please do keep it down. The kids are sleeping." Chris muttered, remembering when they had gotten back, she had suggested all of the kids get some rest. The man ignored her.
"Quite an interesting thing I've found out, Christina. I knew those kids would be useful." John slammed the door shut behind him.
"What the hell does that mean?" Chris grew skeptical. After what had happened and with his state of mind, Chris's once loving and caring brother had proven to her that it was all only a facade. A trick to his greater motives. No wonder he got along with grandmother so much.

Quill was one of the lighter sleepers. Things like slamming doors woke him up easily.
And Quill could only guess who was slamming doors.
He got up and walked over to the room with the most noise coming from inside.
It was His and Chris's room. The only reason he wasn't in it now was because Chris is messy with paperwork. He ended up falling asleep in the boys room. Funny because George is loud and it bothered Quill.
He listened through the door. He only heard muffled words, nothing he could make out clearly.
He opened the door just a crack and listened into the conversation. The only one in the room who noticed was Miki, and even then, her main concern was the bickering adults.
John paced around her room impatiently.
"Honestly, I don't understand how you stand it. Working day in and day out, just to leave so soon. The same thing over and over again." He lectured.
"It's not the same thing John. How you get rid of the ghosts varies from county to country." Chris informed.
"Or even your friend Quill. He's lost his talents and he's not a scientist. What use does he have?" John questioned. Chris scowled at her brother. How could he say something like that? Truly, did he see human life as expendable as that? Were they were nothing more than pieces of paper to him?
"Quill is not an object. And neither are the kids. Quit referring to them like that. You're truly sick if you think nothing more of them." Chris spat. Quill felt like making an entrance to confront the man pacing about the room.
"You're no better. You use children like tissues." John sneered.
"Madson-San does not do that." Miki spoke up. The taller man looked down at her and she shrunk under his gaze.
"Some people learn through experience, John. And besides, someone needs to learn how to fight those Visitors. I won't be around for long thanks to what I've done to myself." She drew the attention to herself.
