Chapter Thirty Seven

Alex PoV
I manage to calm myself down after my dream or vision, I am not really sure what it was, but all that in my head is he's back, and my pack are in danger. I know I need to act on it just incase it was a vision. I check the time on my watch, eight fifteen am, surly that isn't to early to mind linked my Beta Richard.
'Richard, I've had a dream or a vision..... umm is the windy rider back?' Instantly he replies to me,
'Yes Alpha I was busy moving the women and children in to shelter, he appeared on the pack lands about half an hour ago'
'I'll be back as soon as I can, hopefully within the next hour or two, be safe'
'Yes Alpha will look forward to your return' I close the mind link between us. Shit Richard has confirmed my worse fears, that the windy rider has returned. I need to wake Tia up and get a move on back to my pack.
'Hey princess I have to go back to my pack, I need you to come with me' I say as I kiss her head she slowly stirs in her sleep, I continuing kissing her face until she finally wakes up.
'What's wrong?' She says sleepily.
'Babe we need to go back to our pack they need us' 'I can't not while these rogues are about' I shake my head,
'Tia you'll be safe with me' she looks at me with tears in her eyes and places her left hand in my cheek,
'You don't understand Alex, the rogues are after me, before my father died he captures two rogues, they told us in so many words that the rogues are coming for me, please trust me it will make your pack unsafe be being there, I can't bare the thought of people being hurt because of me. Lucas will look after me until you return I promise' I feel anger towards these rogues, how dare they come after my mate. I can't bare to be apart from her, but I need to go to my pack. As she says she's what the rogues are after this will then add to my packs problems at the moment. I feel split in half over what to do, but I know in my gut what I have to do.
'I don't accept your rejection Princess and I never will, I know you don't mean it. I treated you bad, but understand I am over protective when it comes to you. But I do need to go back to our pack, trust me it kills me to leave you here, but I know your brother will look after you. You are my weakness and having you there while I know my pack isn't safe and also knowing these rogues are after you, I would probably split myself in two trying to keep you and the pack safe, then ending up injuring myself. At least here you'll have your brother keeping an eye on you. We need to get this rogue agreement sorted to keep you safe. I am going to tell my brother to stay and watch over his Luna, he'll be with you at all times ok.' she smiles and nods her, I get dressed quickly while I mind link Max.
'I've got to go back to the pack, Windy Rider is back, I need you to protect your Luna with your life. I want you to stay in this cottage with her. No unmated males are allowed near her, especially not Beta Matthew. Stay close to her at all time'
'Yes Alex, when shall you return, I will keep in touch with you via mindlink'
'As soon as I can' I close the mind link.
'I promise to be back for you Princess as soon as I can. Please mind link your brother for me, I wish to inform him about this situation' I watch her as she mind links her brother.
'Done' she wraps her arms around my waist.
'I hate goodbyes, my brother is on his way' she says as she kisses my lips, she pulls away from me as her brother walks into the cottage, I kiss her head and walk over to Lucas.
'Lucas I need to leave, Tia will be staying here as it's safer for her to be here rather than at my pack, and also as she's told me what the rogues want now, I just can't have the worry to watch her and deal with they situation at my pack. I know she'll be looked after here, I will be back for her I am just not sure when. If you do mange to have that rogue meeting while I am gone I want Tia accompany by Max to take my place. And one last thing Lucas watch your beta Matthew around her' I say as I point to Tia.
'I will always protect my sister Alex, you have my word and if you need help please let me know' I nod my head.
'Thank you, Max will be staying in the cottage with Tia until my return'
'Of course I wish you a safe journey and hope you are back soon' he shakes my hand and pulls me in for a hug, when he releases me from the hug I walk to the front door, I don't look back to Tia as I know if I do I will not be able to leave her behind. I need to deal with this Windy Rider once and for all.
