setting the world on fire //

It was currently the fourth night of tour. We were in Nashville, Tennessee and I was watching Olivia dance eccentrically down Broadway while she sipped her drink.

Okay, she was a little intoxicated so buying her drinks in public might not have been the best idea. She seemed happy though and that's all I really wanted.

"Whooo!!" Olivia cheered on two girls that were performing on the street and I shook my head, laughing at her. The members of my crew that were with me were laughing at her too. She's a mess. "You're doing amazing, and that's a promise!"

"She is something," I said to my sound guy, Kyle, as she walked in front of me, dancing around and smiling.

"Austin!" She turned around and looked at me, her green eyes glowing underneath the neon signs.  My heart started beating out of my chest because she looked so beautiful. "Take my picture."

She stopped in front of a souvenir shop that had a statue of Elvis Presley outside of it.

"Okay," I chuckled. I took my phone out and took the picture of her. She walked over to me and looked at it, grimacing as she seen it.

"I look rough," she let out a deep breath. She didn't. She looked absolutely beautiful. Her hair was just messy enough and her makeup wasn't on anymore. She had on a leather jacket, and even if though it wasn't her style, it was so her. She was breathtaking.

"You absolutely do not," I smiled at her, grabbing her hand. "You look beautiful. As you always do."

"It's your job to tell me that," she slurred, leaning on me. "You're my boyfriend."

"That is not my job," I pulled her closer to me as we walked in front of everyone else. I forgot they were with us honestly. I guess this is how I knew I love Liv. "You truly are gorgeous."

"Thank you," she gave me that smile that melted my heart, her chubby cheeks holding a prominent blush. I leaned down to kiss her and she accepted it. It felt like fireworks were going off around us.

She pulled away and we continued to walk. I looked over at her and watched her as her caramel hair blew in the wind, hitting her shoulders with every step she took. The neon on the street complimented her as it shined on her skin. I didn't know I could fall more in love with her but here I am and here she is, making it possible.
