[MATURE]

Austin: Hey babe. I have some news. Wanna meet me at my house?
Liv: Yeah, sure. I'll be there as soon as I can.

After I texted Austin back, I finished washing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen. Parker had cooked dinner for us, Taylor, and Randy so I offered to clean it up.

When I was done, I wiped my hands on my sweatpants and ran upstairs to change into a cuter outfit. I put on some ripped jeans and a band t-shirt that Austin had left over here. It was huge on me but it wasn't like I was going anywhere.

"Thank you, Parker," I smiled at him, getting out of his car. He had offered to drop me off at Austin's house on the way to see Izzy. How lucky was I?

"No problem," she said to me, his long hair blowing as a gust of wind sped through his windows that were rolled down. "Have a good night."

"You, too," I said before walking up to Austin's gate that was guarded the front of his house. I pressed the button and spoke into the microphone. "Hey, it's me."

There wasn't a response. Instead the gates opened. I walked down the short driveway and up to the front door, ringing the doorbell. I was soon greeted by a sweatpants and t-shirt clad Austin that had messy hair. I'm in love.

"Hi, baby," he said, pulling me in for a hug as I stepped into the foyer of his above average sized house. I hugged him and then kissed him, my arms still wrapped around him.

"Hey," I said as I pulled away from him. I followed him into the living room and sat down on the couch next to him. "So? The news?"

"Oh! Right,"He said, looking over at me. "I-Uh, Um-"

"Austin, spit it out," I said.

"I'm going on tour," He blurted. "On a real one. Across the country."

My heart sank to my stomach. I knew this was good news but for some reason, I didn't like it.

"Uh-that's amazing," I said, blinking more than I should. I was nervous and I didn't know why. "I'm really proud of you."

"Liv, I know you," he shook his head. "You're upset."

"No, Austin, really. I'm so proud of you," I grabbed his hands and looked at him. "You deserve this and I am so glad you get to do this."

"I want you to come with me," He sighed.

"We've been over this," I looked at him, my eyes boring into his. We had talked about this and he knew how I felt about it. "I can't go with you."

"You can, though," he sat up, focusing on getting me to go with him. "You can change your classes to online."

"I want the college experience," I shook my head at him. In no way was he talking me into this. "You're not understanding that this is my life too. Not just yours."

"Please don't get mad at me," he whined. I rolled my eyes. He grabbed me and pulled me in his lap- of course I blushed. "I love you. I'm just trying to figure out what's best for us."
