Jungkook walks into Taehyung's office where the silver haired man sits at his computer scrolling through his tabloids."I see you got my message." Taehyung says without looking at him.
"I can't keep all that stuff, Taehyung." Jungkook says immediately.
The silverette looks up through his bangs. "Why not?"
"It's just...so expensive. Everything is expensive." The younger says remembering the price tags on some of the stuff.
"Money isn't an object." Taehyung says resting his head on his hand.
"A-And the car? Are you kidding me?" Jungkook asks incredulously.
Taehyung smiles a little and returns to scrolling through his tabloids. "I already told you I'd get you a car."
"But that's an expensive car." The younger says. "I don't need such a nice care just to drive fifteen minutes to work everyday."
"There you go with that word again." The silverette sighs.
"Why are you doing this for me?" Jungkook finally asks crossing his arms.
"It brings me joy to help others." Taehyung says facetiously.
"Take it back." Jungkook says putting the key on the desk.
"No." The silverette says looking up at him.
Jungkook sighs. "Then give me a solid reason."
Taehyung stands walking around his desk and leaning against it next to Jungkook.
"Tell me what you want to hear." Taehyung says crossing his arms.
"An explanation of why you don't like my clothes. And why I can't take the bus like I always do." Jungkook says.
"First, I never said I didn't like your clothes. And second that bus is too unreliable for this job." The silverette says.
"Admit you don't like my clothes." The younger says narrowing his eyes.
"Fine, I don't like your clothes." Taehyung shrugs pushing himself from his desk.
"I knew it!" Jungkook exclaims throwing his hands up.
Taehyung laughs and for a second Jungkook is completely caught off guard. Taehyung's laugh was like music to his ears.
Taehyung rounds his desk again opening the drawer and pulling out a pack of cigarettes and a lighter.
"Don't be too upset." He says with a small smile on his face. "You look a lot better in expensive fabrics."
"Well..." Jungkook starts. "You need a haircut." he says turning and walking out the door.
Taehyung laughs again to himself.
"Also." Jungkook reappears. "Stop smoking." and he's gone again.
Taehyung smiles a little and sits the package down.
Maybe he should quit.
-
Jungkook feels uncomfortable around hair and makeup in his new clothes.
They already didn't seem to like him before and now he was dressing in expensive things and riding in separate cars from them.
Jungkook looks up from the garment bag he was unzipping when Taehyung walks into the dressing room.
Hair and Makeup stand bowing their heads when he walks in and Jungkook almost does the same before remembering he was scolded last time he did so he just continues taking out Taehyung's first set.
