Taehyung sat behind his desk reading his own tabloids as he usually did on a quiet day in the office when Jin walks in with a strange expression.

"Is it true?" The older asks crossing his arms as he looks down at the bluenette.

"Excuse me?" He asks looking back down at his laptop.

"I know you've seen the tabloids." Jin says, his tone heavy with annoyance.

"I was just catching up actually." Taehyung says dryly as he continues to read.

"Everyone's saying the same things." The older says walking over and slamming the laptop shut.

    "What the fuck, Jin~"

"Is this really what you're doing now? Is this how you want everyone to perceive you?" Jin asks. "You could've at least been discreet about it!"

"About what?" Taehyung asks, still not going along with what Jin was saying.

"Sleeping around, that's what. It's obvious, Taehyung. It's so fucking obvious." The older says shaking his head in frustration.

"I'm glad you think I actually give a fuck, Seokjin." The younger says opening his laptop.

"You should, because it's affecting your image." Jin says. "You're not going to get calls if everyone thinks~"

"Thinks what?" Taehyung asks looking up at him expectantly. "Thinks what? Go ahead."

"If everyone thinks you're a slut." The older says, he didn't want to say it but everyone already thought it.

"Right, because having sex makes you a slut in this society. Perfect." The bluenette scoffs rolling his eyes.

"It isn't about having sex, Taehyung. You're a public figure, you can't go around sleeping with just anyone. You know they'll talk about it, even if they say they won't." Jin stresses. "How am I supposed to explain this to your publicists?"

"Don't explain shit to them if you don't want to. I really don't care." Taehyung shrugs.

"Why are you doing this, Taehyung?" The older asks. "If this is your way of getting over Jungkook~"

"Oh whatever, Jin." The younger snaps. "You think you know so much, don't you?"

"If this isn't about Jungkook then what is it about?" Jin asks throwing his hands up in frustration.

"It's been a year, Jin. Just because I'm not sitting around feeling sorry for myself anymore doesn't mean it has anything to do with him." Taehyung says standing up, anger laced deep into his words.

"Then what is it about? The older asks. "What are you trying prove?"

"I'm not trying to prove anything. I'm doing what the hell I want because I can and that's the end of it. I don't need a reason and even if I did it damn sure wouldn't be because of Jungkook." The younger says angrily.

"You haven't moved on, Taehyung." Jin states, he wasn't trying to hurt the younger he just wanted him to recognize his own feelings for once instead of ignoring them.

"Just leave me alone, Jin." Taehyung says, his tone less angry and more hurt.

"You're just hurting yourself more than you're helping." The older says ignoring Taehyung's request. "You can't get over him this way."

"I'm not trying to get over him." The bluenette says. "I'm done talking to you."

Jin crosses his arms, disapproval written all over his face. "You're ruining yourself...again."

The older doesn't miss Taehyung hurt expression as he turns and leaves the office without another word.

He didn't know what was going on but Jin hardly recognized the person Taehyung was becoming.

The older has seen Taehyung at his worst and at his best but never has he seen the younger purposefully becoming the cause of his own downfall.

Maybe Jin was being a little dramatic or maybe he was more worried than he should be but he knew Taehyung too well, he knew that the younger was only going to get worse.

Jin sighs to himself as he takes a seat behind his desk, maybe he shouldn't have approached him with so much hostility.

Maybe they need to just have a heart to heart, they haven't had one since Jungkook left.

Taehyung had isolated himself so much then, trying to completely cut Jin out of his life at one point.

Jin tried to understand that it was hard for Taehyung but at some point he had to move on with life.

Even if it hurt to at first.

    "What are you saying, Jungkook?"

    "Have you not been listening?"

Jongsuk opens his mouth to speak but shuts it again with a sigh, he didn't know what to say.

"It's fine if you say no." Jungkook says quickly after the older's silence.

"No, I'm not saying no. I just..." Jongsuk sighs, thinking about what the younger was saying. "Why all of a sudden? Last time you said~"

"I was scared last time, Suk." The younger says from where he was sitting across from the older at the dinner table.

Jungkook had invited Jongsuk over for dinner, he tried cooking something the older liked and thankfully it wasn't a total flop.

He dimmed the lights and lit some candles to try to set the mood but he was so nervous about asking Jongsuk to be his boyfriend that he ended up just blurting it out at a random point during dinner.

Jungkook stands and walks over to the older, wrapping his arms around his neck as he sits down on his lap.

"I like you a lot, Jongsuk. And I feel like we're more than friends at his point anyways." He says looking down at him. "Don't you? You said before that we might as well make things official."

"Yeah and you ran off for a week." The older laughs wrapping his arms around the younger, making Jungkook smile

"I wasn't ready to accept my feelings but I've realized that running away won't make them leave." The younger says. "I think we're good together, Suk. You make me happy."

"You make me happy too." Jongsuk pouts charmingly. "Are you sure though? I don't want to rush anything or make you uncomfortable."

"I'm positive." Jungkook smiles. "Just be aware that this means three times as many of those platonic kisses you can't stand."

"I love them, I just hated that you weren't mine." The older smiles. "But you are now, aren't you?"

"I don't know, am I?" The younger asks with a serious expression.

    "Are you?"

   "Am I?"

Jongsuk smiles up at him. "Don't make me tickle you."

"Don't make me kill you." Jungkook shoots back, preparing himself for the tickle attack despite his words.

"Will you be my boyfriend, Kook?" The older asks, his tone serious and his smile soft.

"I'm supposed to be asking you that, Suk." The younger pouts.

"Alright ask me then." Jongsuk says before waiting expectantly.

"You have to act surprised." Jungkook says, to which the older nods. "Lee Jongsuk, will you please, pretty please, be my boyfriend?"

Jongsuk gasps dramatically, bring a hand to his mouth as he fakes being surprised. "Jeon Jungkook, this is so unexpected!"

Jungkook laughs, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he looks down at the older. "Yes or no, Lee Jongsuk."

    "Hell yes, Jeon Jungkook."
