It's about 3 in the morning and I woke up feeling kind of, in pain. I sat up and turned on the TV letting Jon sleep, then it happened.
"Jonathan! Wake up!"
He sits up and turns to me. "What? " He says rubbing us eyes,
"My water just broke."
"Please tell me you're just kidding."
I shake my head. "Get the kids in the car."

We've been at the hospital for 6 hours and Juliana was kind enough to take the kids. Jon had fallen asleep in the chair.
I sat there watching TV flipping through, waiting for baby girl to make her way down.

A couple more hours went by and Autumn was ready. Jon came over and held my hand.
"Ready?"
I smile and nod yes.
"Ready...1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Breathe."
I breathe heavily.
"Again."

After 20 minutes of pushing she was here. The nurse brought her in. "Here she is."
I grab my baby. "This...This isn't my baby."
"What do you mean A? You just pushed her out."
"She's blonde. Why does she have blonde hair? Jon, what's your natural hair color?"
He looks at me. "It's blonde, I thought you knew."
I shake my head. "When you meet someone and you have kids, you should tell them your hair is blonde. The eyes are okay 'cause I know yours change from, green,to brown,to grey and back. Moving on.... She's here babe."
Jon kissed my forehead. "I did good." he laughs.
I smack his arm. I'm just glad she's here safe and sound.
