I've been at school for a week and I've met this amazing girl. Anastasia.

She's told me everything about her life. Stuff she's never told her parents. She told me I'm the first person who didn't judge her off the back.

Anastasia and I drove to my house. "Baby, I'm home." I say sitting my bag down.

Ariana and Joe ran up to me. "MOMMY!"

I pick up Ariana. As usual she's being nosey. "Who's dish?"

"This is Anastasia.  She's a friend from school. Say 'hi'."

Ariana just hung on to me for a minute and looked her up and down. Then she smiled.  "Hi! You ha candy?"

Anastasia smiled.  Like me she's a teen mom. She has a little girl whose the love of her life. She stays with her older sister during the day.

"Yes, I do have candy.. I have a little girl your age, would you like me to bring her?"

Ariana nods. "Yesh, peas."

Jon came downstairs. "Who's this?"

"This is Anastasia. She's a friend from school."

"We'll talk later. " he says walking out of the room.

Jon and I Sat in the bathroom giving the twins a bath.

"I don't want you hanging out with that Anastasia girl anymore. She's not good news." Jon says pouring water on Arianas hair.

I rinse off Joe's hair and start washing his body. "Why? Jon she's nice, please Give her a chance." I say.

I feel like I'm begging. Having to "ask" My husband for permission to hang out with certain people.

"She's not good news. I don't like her."

"Well it's not your choice. I'm grown and married to you."

Jon gave Ari her duck. "I'm just looking out for you."

I grab Joe's towel and him. I wrap him in his towel. "You're my husband not my father Jonathan."  I walk out and shut the door.

"Mommy mad?"

"Little bit."
