Jacob's POV

"You're amazing," I whispered to my lover as she shifted to my side. She cradled her pillow to her head and took a deep breath. She blinked a couple of times and then looked at me with loving playful eyes.

"You're not so bad yourself. I'm shocked you came home with such stamina," she chuckled. She placed her hand on my chest over my heart like she always did. I'm sure she could feel how rapid my heartbeat still was. She really put me through a workout but she was well worth the exercise.

"Well, I was actually pretty tired when I got here but after seeing all the work you put into my new office space … and you working in the room pretty much nude I was filled with a charge of energy." I snaked my arm around her waist and placed most of her body against me. She wrapped her arms around my shoulders before running my fingers through my hair.

"I want this place to feel like you home and I knew that you needed a place to work the whole thing just made sense," she explained. "I'm very glad you like it. If this is the way you say thank you I may have to make it my mission to surprise you quite frequently."

"I really don't need a reason to be like this with you. This Leah, is what I live for," I explained before I placed a kiss on her lips. She moaned a little as she drew my bottom lip into her mouth. She slow pushed me onto my back and straddled me and gave me the grin. A fully naked Leah with messy sex hair was by far the best thing I've seen in my entire existence. She gripped both of my hands tightly as she began to grind slow. I wished she would release my hands so they could wander along her curves. It was crazy how quickly my body prepared myself for her it was like all she had to do was look at me with intention and I became solid and ready.

"Leah," I groaned as I sat upright. She bounced up and down and I enjoyed her oceans as it drenched me even further. She finally released my hands and I gripped her hips and began to match her passion.

"I know Jake," she moaned and peppered kisses along the side of my face. She couldn't possibly know the spell she had me under. I flipped her onto her back and readjusted myself so I could reenter her world. She gasped and clawed my shoulder. We could easily spend hours like this … with her leg hitched over my hip and me aggressively reminding her how beautiful and sexy she is. We were in the midst of our lovemaking when Leah's phone decides to go off.

"Oh shit that's my boss!" She shoved me to the side a little and answered.

"Leah here … oh ….really … wow. No … I just I'm shocked no … thank you. Bye." Leah hung up the phone and looked dumbfounded.

"Leah, you okay?" I asked as I rubbed her back.

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry I just wasn't expecting … my boss said that my article in last month's magazine was nominated for an award. I just wasn't expecting anything like that ever really." She scoffed in disbelieve and repositioned herself against me. I could feel her tension and she was actually wearing a frown on her face. I didn't get it most people enjoyed being praised for their.

"That's good isn't it?" I chuckled and kissed her head.

"Yeah, I just … everything is too perfect. I'm not used to this … having everything I want. I don't know how to respond to it," she confessed.

"You could try smiling for one." She gave a small smirk. "Congratulations baby," I whispered before kissing the top of her head.

"It was about you," she mumbled.

"What?"

"Inadvertently of course, but most of the emotions I feel about you are displayed in my articles. It was about having to let someone go when you really don't want to and how to move on. It feels like my whole adult life I've been trying to move on but something always brings me back to you."

"I'm glad because couldn't get over you either. I was horrified when I heard you were coming back to Forks. I was worried that you weren't coming alone. I imagined you bringing so random guy to live in this house and that I would have to sit and watch you have the life we were supposed to have with someone else. I was relieved to find out you were still single. I made Ness find a roundabout way to ask Seth if you had a man." Leah looked at me wide eyed.

"Wow, stalker much?" She giggled and slugged me in the shoulder.

"Well, you know what my fears were and like you I was glad I was wrong." She sighed and hopped up and searched for her robe. "You want dinner?" I nodded. I found my boxer briefs on under the covers and followed her into the kitchen.

"I'll help."

"No, you'll distract and I'll never get dinner made. Make yourself scarce for a few minutes and then we can have dessert again later." I went to disappear but not before taking another look at Leah. It was weird now that we were together she looked even more beautiful to me. She looked up at me with surprise and then gave me a shy smile.

"I love you too, now get lost!" She slung so flour in my direction. I chuckled and strode to the back. It was crazy to think so far into the past and remember her face with a scowl and a broken heart. Now she was glowing, she was perfect, and she was mine.
