rylee had made her way to the airport, with everything she needed after checking her bags about three times. although she seemed very lazy, she did put a great amount of effort into things and she always wanted to be prepared and have things she may need.

which is another reason she hated packing: you never know what's going to happen in the days you're traveling and what you may need.

she looked around before laying her eyes on christina. smiling, she made her way over to her, fixing the strap of her bag on her shoulder.

"hey girl!" christina said happily, raising her voice a little.

rylee smiled and said hi before sitting down beside her friend. although she didn't sleep, she wasn't necessarily feeling tired but she knew in order to get through the day, she would need to at least get some sleep on the plane.

christina looked at her, narrowing her eyes as she took in rylees droopy eyes and how she slouched in the chair. "you didn't sleep, did you?" she frowned, somewhat worried about her best friend who seems to barely ever get any sleep.

rylee have her a smile, yawning right after. "no, i didn't. but i'll sleep on the plane, it's no big deal."

christina shook her head, "no it is a big deal rylee. you need sleep," she whined.

"i'll sleep on the plane, promise," rylee responsed, holding out her pinky as she gave her a small smile.

christina grinned and rolled her eyes playfully before connecting her pinky with her friends and silently agreeing.

soon enough, they made their way on the plane and rylee did as she said she would do and slept the entire flight. she never exactly felt tired enough to sleep, but she could fall asleep when she knew she needed it and for this trip they were taking, she did.

rylee would never admit it to anyone but she was nervous to meet the boys. although she has met corbyn and got along great with him, she knew christina was good friends with the other boys and loved them as well and she really did want to get along with them and become friends as well.

being a youtuber, she did have an insane amount of chances to meet people but she rarely could ever put herself out there and actually talk to these people. every now and then at events people would come up to her and start a conversation and she's for the most part fine with speaking but she found it difficult to keep good friendships with people when she didn't see them very often and didn't text much.

she loved christina with everything in her; she's her best friend. and she wants to make her best friend happy by getting along well with her friends and not shutting herself down completely.

once they were arriving, christina woke rylee up after struggling quite a bit due to rylee being such a heavy sleeper but eventually, she got her up. they made their way off the plane and around to get their things and then into an uber to the hotel they'd be staying at.

"i swear to you by the time these two weeks are over, you'll be sad you have to leave." christina told her.

rylee furrowed her brows, tilting her head ever so slightly due to her confusion. "two-? what? i thought we were only coming for a week?" she questioned.

christina began to laugh, her eyes bright. "you think i'd made you pack that much if we were only coming a week?"

rylee rolled her eyes, crossing her arms as she laid down on the bed. "you're annoying,"

christina gasped, placing a hand on her heart, "i invite you along with me to la and this is how you treat me. i'm actually quite hurt." she admitted.

rylee chuckled, shaking her head and she pulled out her phone and scrolling through instagram. " so what're we doing today?" she asked.

"well i have nothing planned for the afternoon but then we're going to dinner with the boys. i can't wait to see corbyn!" she squealed.

rylee smiled, pushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "wow! that's the first time you called him by his actual name in a long time." she joked.

christina rolled her eyes before pulling out her laptop to edit her video as rylee drifted off to sleep.
