around five pm was when christina and corbyn decided to go spend time with one another, leaving their friends once again. and not long after that, daniel, jonah and zach had headed home, leaving jack behind after he claimed he wanted to keep rylee company.

of course rylee didn't mind, she enjoyed every moment she spent with jack. it felt as if she's known him for years. she had learned plenty of things about him throughout the time she's been in la. things he told her, little things she notices he does when he's happy, annoyed, tired..

the two laid in rylees bed, cuddled up together and looking for a movie on netflix.

"just chose one!" rylee exclaimed, laughing as jack couldn't make up his mind.

jack laughed as well, eyes wide as he spoke. "it's difficult! there's so many!" he joked, pointing to the screen.

rylee looked at him with a smile, shaking her head at how adorable she found him.

"how about we just watch friends?" she suggested, already searching for it.

"sounds good to me." jack replied, nodding as he looked over at the girl, a smile evident on his lips.

as she played the first episode, she turned to see him already looking at her. "what?" she mumbled, suddenly feeling nervous.

"nothing.." jack trailed, taking in all of her freckles gravitated towards the middle of her face. "you're just so gorgeous."

looking down, her face began to heat up as she smiled. "thank you," she spoke, softly. suddenly, she was nervous and couldn't seem to find her voice very well.

hesitantly, jack found himself lifting his hand, softly cupping her face as he gently moved his thumb across her cheek in a comforting matter.

this caused rylee to look up, her eyes locking with his. moments later, she noticed jack's eyes moving from her eyes to her lips and back and she couldn't help but copy the action.

slowly the two leaned in, barely any space between them as jack was the one this time to decide to go for it, softly connecting his lips with hers.

rylee wasn't expecting it in that exact moment but immediately kissed back, able to feel her heart beat speed up drastically as her hand found its way to his hair, running her fingers through it.

after a moment, they pulled apart; neither of them really wanting to. the two looked at one another, smiles on their faces as they turned their attention back to rylees laptop, stealing quick glimpses at each other.

cuddling into him, rylee found herself comfortable and still smiling at what had happened just moments before.

the two made comments as the episodes went on, talking about the show and enjoying each other's company until rylee had fell asleep; jack not noticing until he had asked a question and received no answer, he looked down to see her sleeping peacefully and smiled.

by the time christina had made her way back, she already parted ways with corbyn. entering the room, she was confused to see jack still there but smiled when she noticed that the two of them were asleep, cuddled into one another.

"jack," she whispered, pushing him slightly.

"hmm?"

"you fell asleep.. i mean, you're welcome to stay here if you'd like but-" she began, jack cutting her off as he checked the time.

"no, i should probably get back.." he told her, getting out of the bed doing his best not to wake rylee, knowing she needs he sleep.

he put his shoes on, grabbing whatever it was he brought before saying bye to christina and giving rylee a kiss on her forehead whispering her a 'good night.'

before he could fully get out the door, christina called him.

stopping and turning to look at her to see she was smiling he raised his eyebrows questionably.

"she really likes you." she said, speaking seriously.

jack smiled to himself, looking towards the girl asleep on the other side of the room.

"i really like her too."
