"rylee?" she questioned softly, stepping out on the balcony.
barely moving, she replied. "hmm?"
christina moved forward, sitting beside her as she looked out and admired the view of what they could see of the city. "were you out here all night?"
rylee sat up straighter, rubbing her eyes a little. "yeah, jack and i were talking for a while and i didn't want to wake you. but eventually he went to sleep but i just couldn't." she explained, standing to stretch.
christina sighed. "ry, you need to get more sleep.. it's not good for you to be staying up all night so often."
rylee groaned sitting back down. "i know, i just have some trouble sometimes. i'll probably sleep tonight though." she explained.
christina nodded, mumbling a "good" before changing the subject. "have anything planned today?" she asked, looking to the green eyed girl.
"uhh nope, you?" rylee questioned, looking to christina.
"not that i know of.." she trailed, looking around. "we could go shopping?" she suggested.
"sounds good to me." rylee smiled, standing.
christina turned to look at her walking to the door. "where you going?"
"i'm going to shower and get ready and then we're gonna get breakfast and lots of coffee." she explained, opening the door and stepping in.
christina laughed nodding as she made her way inside as well, getting ready for the day.
about an hour later, both girls were ready and grabbing anything they may need as rylee pulled out her camera, deciding to vlog for the day.
"hey guys, so i'm here with christina! we're in la and i didn't sleep but it's all good because we're going to get coffee and food and then go shopping and i'm taking you guys along!" she spoke to her camera, surprisingly sounding very awake considering she got no sleep.
the two made their way downstairs, just walking around finding a place to eat before deciding on a small cafe. pulling out her camera, rylee gave a small update, turning the camera to christina and talking to her, making jokes and saying the most random things.
about thirty minutes into their breakfast, rylees phone buzzed, looking over, a smile instantly appeared when she saw it was jack.
noticing, christina raised her eyebrows, a smirk on her face. "oooou, is that your man?" she teased.
rylee rolled her eyes, laughing as she typed away. "dont have a man, but if you're talking about jack, yes." she said, giving a small smile.
christina shook her head, laughing as well. "you're gonna get married and i'll be the maid of honor, it's fine." she shrugged, continuing to eat.
rolling her eyes once again, rylee shook her head, continuing to eat her breakfast and soon asking for a second coffee.
throughout the day, her and christina had got a few things done, vlogging random things and making purchases on things they most likely don't need but decide to get anyways.
around three, they decide to head back to the hotel, wanting to just relax for a while.
for a lot of the day, rylee found herself smiling at her phone as she texted jack. him asking about what she was doing and if he could see her later.
as they were putting things away back at the hotel, christina checked her phone, typing away before looking back at rylee.
"hey, i'm gonna go out with corbyn. you gonna be okay here?" she asked, grabbing her stuff.
rylee nodded, giving her a thumbs up as she sipped her coffee and went through things she had bought earlier that day.
nodding, christina said her goodbyes, leaving the room, leaving rylee alone once again.
in the middle of her organizing her things, her phone began to ring. pausing for a moment to check it, she saw jack was facetiming her. smiling, she accepted the call, placing her phone to where he could see her.
"hello there," he said, smiling.
"hi!" she exclaimed, smiling as she removed the tags off clothing.
"you seem full of energy." jack commented, laughing a little as he watched her go through her items.
laughing, rylee nodded, looking at him. "yeah, i had a few cups of coffee today because i didn't sleep and i'm a little hyper." she explained, talking quicker than usual.
jack nodded, amused at how energetic and happy she seemed. "makes sense." he nodded.
rylee nodded, asking him what he was doing.
jack looked to the side before directing his attention back to the screen. "well, corbyn left to go see christina so i figured you must be bored all alone and might want some company?"
rylee smiled, looking at the curly headed boy with hope in his eyes. "ah yes. i could use some company actually." she giggled.
"well.. i could come now?" jack proposed, raising his eyebrows.
"sounds good to me," rylee said, blushing slightly as the two smiled at one another through the screen.
"alright, i'll be there soon. just text me your room number." he told her, smiling and biting his lip somewhat nervously.
"okay," she replied, speaking softly as her heart sped up.
once the call ended, her smile somehow got even bigger, grabbing her phone she texted him her room number, continuing to organize and clean the room, drinking her coffee throughout the whole process.
