I tossed my phone into Liam's lap, "Harry's freaking out."
"Wait, wait." He cleared his throat and held the phone up to eye-level view. In an accent deeper than his own, he mocked Harry's messages. "'Where are you? It's been over 24 hours! I'm worried sick, please answer me!'"
I snorted out a laugh as Liam continued. "'Ashley May Styles,' ooh, he used your full name, this should be interesting. 'Ashley May Styles, answer me this instant! I'm terrified! I have a notion to call the police department!'"
"He won't," I laugh and shake my head. The last thing Harry would want is a bunch of policemen at his house and reports of Harry Styles' sister missing.
"Mine are pretty funny too. There's some about threatening to call Paddy and I think I have a police one too. Before long he's gonna assume we're dead."
"He'll be fine until morning," I shrug with a small giggle and curl my legs beneath my body. We were both on the same sofas we had woken up on this morning, just enjoying each other's company really.
"Hey, there he is!" Liam cheered with a wide grin and opened his arms as Oscar ran into the room, leaping into his lap.
"That dog is cute." I stretched my legs out and pulled a blanket over my body before facing Liam. "But not as cute as you." A blush creeped onto his cheeks and mine felt the same way his looked. I'm not even sure where that little comment came from.
"You're quite attractive yourself," he said with a tiny smile, looking directly into my eyes. I stared back, getting completely lost. He had the most beautiful eyes I had ever seen.
"Austin Mahone could get it faster than you though, sorry." Of course, I was joking. Honestly, out of all the celebrities and boys I've seen or met, Liam is the most attractive and I don't think I'll ever get over it. But I wasn't going to tell him that.
"Who said I wanted it?" he asks with a smile, his eyes crinkling at the corners. In the back of my mind, I really hoped he did want it.
"We should get some sleep. We have a long day of being scolded tomorrow." I set my phone on the table next to the sofa's arm rest and curled my legs up, creating as much warmth as possible.
"Goodnight, Ashley May," Liam said softly and reached above him to flip the light off.
"Night, Liam James."

I snapped my eyes open the second I realized that Liam was lifting me up from the sofa by my wrist, gripping way too tight to be comfortable. "Get out..you need to get out."
"Liam, what are you-"
"You need to leave," he says a bit louder, dragging me across the room.
"Ow-Liam, stop that hurts!" I use my free hand and smack his, but he only seemed to grip my arm tighter. I moaned from the sharp shock of pain that ran through my arm as his nails dug into my skin.
"Get out! Get out of my house!" he screamed and threw me onto the floor. I fell against the door with my face kissing the carpet, small shocks of pain going through my wrist and hip.
I slowly lifted my head up, "What did I do?" My voice shook along with my body. What was Liam's problem?
"I can't do it again. I'll-I'll get attached and..and you'll lead me on! You'll lie to me, you'll break everything that I am! I can't go through it again, I can't-fuck!"
He gripped the back of his head and squatted down, burrowing his head between his knees. His shoulders shook with each sob. All I could do was watch.
