Professor: Ok, so this chapter starts off the journey for the Temples pretty much. Hope you enjoy it.
By the way, just cause it makes sense and because he needs to be able to keep hold of his arrows, Quill's quiver is enhanced with technology from the future that makes it so the arrows stay in the quiver unless he pulls them out. So in fights and stuff, the arrows won't go flying everywhere.
Anyway...I own nothing!

Quill pointed to an island in the top left corner of the map, near the Forsaken Fortress, "This is Mother and Child Isle. The Fairy Queen lives here and the legend says that she has power over the elements, given to her long ago."
"And you think she can help us, yeah?" Amy asked, leaning to look at the map.
"She has sent fairies to help people before, and her Great Fairies always help as well. I don't see why she wouldn't."
Link studied the map for a moment, "It will take a day and a half to two days to get there."
"That will be the easy part," Quill said, "There is no way into the isle by the sea, it's protected. When we get there, I'll have to fly you both over the wall."
Link nodded and rolled the map up. Putting it in his pouch, he got out the Wind Waker, conducting the same song as before to control the wind. Within moments, they were on their way.
Quill and Amy sat next to each other on the side of the boat, content with letting Link handle the sailing. Nobody said anything for a long time, simply keeping their thoughts to themselves.
That is...until Amy's stomach growled and she realized that she hadn't eaten in almost twenty-four hours.
Link looked at her and laughed, changing course for a nearby island. She looked at the bottom of the boat, a guilty smile on her face. It was only a few minutes before they were docked and climbing out.
Looking around, Amy saw that it wasn't a big island, rather small, and shaped like a triangle. It had a ledge ahead of them, covered in flowers. The thing that caught Amy's eye was the statue on the ledge. The statue was of a sleek, beautiful, red woman, holding a pearl up high, towards the sky. Amy approached, getting a better look at it. The woman was shorter than she was and her hair was held out of her face by a circlet on her head.
"Amy!" Link called, breaking the red head's concentration. She spun around in surprise, finding that her friends had spread a blanket on the ground, with supplies for sandwiches.
Blushing in embarrassment for a second, Amy walked over to them.
"Sorry," She said, sitting down and reaching for some of the supplies, "Here let me help."
Quill and Link sat beside her, organizing the rest of the supplies while she started making some sandwiches.
Amy looked in a container, staring at the meat for a minute. Finally, she grabbed a little chunk of it and popped it in her mouth.
Quill watched her, a small smirk on his face, "Does it meet your standards?"
She rolled her eyes, putting the meat back down and grabbing the bread, "Ha. Ha. For your information, I was wondering what kind of meat it was. I've never had it before; reminds me of chicken though."
Link laughed, "What the heck is a chick-ken?"
Amy glanced up at him, then went back to putting cheese on the bread, "Chicken. It's an animal that's about the size of the pearl up there. It is a tiny bird, covered in feathers and lays eggs."
