You waited till you knew practice was over and sauntered over to the gym doors. Once the gym doors opened the neutral face of your boyfriend appeared. "Wakatoshi-kun!" With a leap you jumped into your boyfriends strong arms. "Y/n, inform me next time you decide to do that." After a small peck he let you go. His teammates snickered behind him earning them a strong glare from the wing spiker.

You waited for your boyfriend to finish changing so you could walk to your house. A shiver went throughout your body as a cold breeze swept in. "He's always going on about volleyball this and volleyball that...he's always at volleyball practice. I know he has to and I support him fully, but everyday? Does he even love me?" You couldn't help but think about it. Did he actually love you. Everyone was in pure shock when he accepted your confession and he was a loving boyfriend. But volleyball took up almost all of his time. Time you and him could be together. Warmth enveloped your body as you felt a soft fabric wrap around your shoulders. "Let's go." You nodded swiftly as you put on the jacket.

The walk was very pleasant. It was mostly you asking Ushijima questions and him giving short answers, but you both loved it all the same. You had run out of things to ask when a question popped up in your head. "Wakatoshi, can I ask you something?" Worry fell over his body. "Of course. That's what you've been doing this whole time, isn't it?" He peered at your face trying to read your emotions. Was something wrong? Were you going to break up with him.

You took a deep breath. "Do you love me?" His face paled. What kind of question was that? Of course he loved you. "What do you mean? Of course I love you." You shrugged. "I don't know... its just..." His eyes widened. "What do you mean, I'm telling the truth." You looked over at him. "Well...volleyball is all you ever think about." He sighed. "I love volleyball, but I love you more."

Suddenly music began to play behind you as a red headed male bolted towards the both of you. "She said 'do you love me', he told her 'only partly'. 'I only love volleyball and practice I'm sorry.'" You couldn't help but laugh at the wild red head. Ushijima on the other hand wasn't as amused. He began to chase the red head as the red head laughed and continued to sing along to God's Plan by Drake.
