Aihara showdown part 3

FINAL PART IM SORRY FOR IT BEING SO LONG! New chapter coming next! 

Shō finally spoke up, " I think I could help with that," the three jumped and turned to face the man who spoke.

"I'm sorry for startling you, but I overheard you say my daughters names.. I am Shō Aihara. Pleasure to meet you." The curly haired one stepped forward, " My name is Himeko Momokino, VP of student council." She bowed to Shō. The other two followed suit and bowed introducing themselves. The brunette was Harumi Taniguchi and the pink haired one was Matsuri Mizusawa.

Shō looked at his watch, " I have some business to take care of but after your next class could I have a word with you three? I believe we have similar interests in your topic of conversation." They looked puzzled but agreed.

Smiling at the girls he excused himself , weaving his way through the halls of students and came to his fathers office, he knocked and waited to hear he was allowed to enter.

"Enter." Came his fathers voice.

Shō opened the door and stepped in, making sure to close it behind him. His dad was sitting at his desk reading some paperwork still not looking up asked "how can I help you?"

"Hello father." Said Shō, now making him look up from the papers he was reading.

"Shō?" He said in disbelief. " what brings you back?"

"I had some business that needed tending too, and we need to talk."

His father looked at him in confusion, "what about?"

"Well first off, I came to tell you I'm coming back to the academy to take over after you."

"Oh really? What changed your mind about this?"

"My daughter. She deserves to love her life how she wants. I may have left before but now some things came to my attention and I've rethought some stuff." He paused to collect himself.

"Speaking of which, you are going. To cancel Mei's engagement and she will marry who she wants, when she decides to take that step. And I'm not hearing any arguments, of nonsense about it helping our reputation or anything like that. You will do as I said and cancel it. Now."

His dad looked angry, but took a minute to calm himself before speaking.

"Just why would I do that?" A smug smile broke out on his face. "Mei wants to run the school, so this is how she will do that. She already agreed to it so there's really no point in canc-"

"YOU WILL, Cancel it. I told you things have been brought to my attention correct? Well the fact she's in love with someone is one of them, and if you think I'm going to let you force her go give that up, you are sorely mistaken. NOW, you will CALL OFF this god damn, IDIOTIC ENGAGEMENT!"

Shocked into momentary silence by his son. "Mei is in love? With who? Why didn't she tell me?"

"She didn't tell you because you wouldn't have listened, and she was doing whatever was expected of her. I will not let this stand any longer. She will have her own will to do things. I however will not tell you who, she can do so when, or rather IF, she ever deems you worthy of knowing. Now, are you going to listen? Or am I going to have to do it myself?"

Sighing sadly, "No son.. I will do it."

"Good, now if you'll excuse me. I have other things to do, have a good day father, and remember, she lives freely." Shō walked out the door and went looking for the three girls he met earlier.
