The plan

I hope this isn't too long... I got some free time at work today and wrote like another two chapters so... part 7! 

*Matsuri*

Matsuri had arrived at the mall earlier then needed, she wandered around looking for a drink before settling on an iced coffee, and heading to the front doors to wait for Harumi. She wondered what could be so important she couldn't say over a call, but she came anyway.

Looking at her phone she saw there was 15 minutes until 9, she locked her phone and looked up, "I guess she came early too," stated Matsuri to herself before calling out, "Hey Harumi! Over here!" The brunette turned and waved, walking over to her and greeting, "Hello Matsuri, how long have you been here? You seem to be quite early."

"Yeah well, you said it was important and about Yuzu-chan.. of course I came. I've been here about 20 minutes. So anyway, what's up? What happened?"

"Just wait, we are missing one person in this group." Harumi said looking around the crowd.

"Who are we w-" she got cut off.

"Hey! Hey over here! Momokino san!"

Matsuri looked around and saw who she was signalling, "Just what is she doing here? I thought this was for Yuzu, she hates Yuzu." Stated Matsuri flatly.

"Actually, Matsuri... this is all her idea.. she called me first."

"Okay fine, but I reserve the right to not trust her,"

This time Himeko spoke up, "I understand you not trusting me, but I'm being genuine in wanting to help her, I can't look at her like that anymore. She does not look like Yuzu in a regular uniform and it freaks me out. Now let us get drinks and sit down to discuss some things."

After finding a table and getting drinks, the trio sat down cautious of their surroundings and who was near. "Himeko, what exactly are we doing here? And why would you want to help our Yuzu?" Matsuri said getting closer to Harumi.

"I'll start by explaining my phone call with Mei.." she told the two of them everything that was said between her and Mei during their phone call.

"Then I called Harumi to set up our little meeting here. So you can say what you wish but I have more than enough reason to want to help." She sighed, "this is crushing both of them and I want it to stop, but yes I love Mei. However I could never make her happy.. not like Yuzu."

Harumi looked distracted, like she was thinking about something that made her feel regret. "Hey What was your call with Himeko about?" She said bringing Harumis attention toward her. "Oh, well she just said ..." they filled matsuri in on their call, " and that's when I called you, now, here we are." Harumi said to Matsuri.

They both turned to Himeko, "Okay you, what's this big bad plan you have cooking?" The words came from Matsuri, "the sooner we do this the sooner we get Yuzu back."

*Himeko*

Himeko took a sip of her drink and collected her thoughts, "well you see, it's not that big of a plan, however, I do think it will work." The two stared at her expectantly, "Yes well, I can only assume you both know about the note Mei left Yuzu?" The two she was with grunted in acknowledgement, "okay well it's simple, get them in a private place and they will both break!" She clapped her hands together looking like she solved a large world issue, but stopped when the two in front of her looked confused.

"What does that have to do with the note?" Asked Matsuri. Himeko sighed.

"The note said the answer in it.. it's said it this whole time! Look, it's simple, the note said she couldn't be close to Yuzu right? Does anyone remember why that is?"

Harumi had it click, and started to smile, " that is genius!"

Matsuri looked confused, "care to explain?"

Himeko answered, "the note said she can't be near Yuzu cause her resolve to not love her will crumble, so if that's the case, then all we have to do is crush her resolve!" When Himeko said that she looked like she was crazy, hand clenched into a fist, looking triumphant, Matsuri laughed, "oh I think I like this one Harumi,"

Clearing her throat, Himeko suggested that the group brainstorm where they should get them alone together over the next school week and meet again the following weekend.

*matsuri*

After the three of them said goodbye, Himeko went home and Harumi and Matsuri walked together. "You wanna go see Yuzu? We still have time before dark." Matsuri suggested.

"Yeah sure, let's go."
