Chapter 33: You're Done

Perfect Infinity's Pov:
"I'll be back." The Jackal stated as he coughed, I rolled my eyes. The cannon above me was charging so it made the situation a little awkward. "Wasn't that a pathetic use of words." I responded as I walked around him, I saw how he looked like. He was had bruises on his back, tiny scratches on his legs, and not to mention the bloodied wound on his stomach. "Did you know something..." I said, I crouched down to where he sat. He looked at me with tears rolling down his face and his glare filled with anger. "W-what?" He stuttered as he was now more weak than usual. "If you get stabbed, you have to leave the weapon inside the wound. Do you know why?" I asked with a smile, I was seeing him slowly die with my own eyes.

He looked away, I began to grow impatient with him just like with my cannon which was still charging. I am now wondering if it was charging slowly or if the Phantom Ruby wants me to torture him more. I grabbed with his face as my patience just disappeared, I glared at him as he sweated a little. "Answer me." I stated, my voice turned dark and deep as I saw him jump from the sudden action. "H-how come?" Infinite asked, he started crying more and shaking more quickly. "The weapon stops the blood from gushing out of the wound. Good thing, I made sure the blood was out." I explained with a smile, I moved my hand away from his face. Ira sighed as he no longer felt my hand hurting him anymore well, at least not for a while.

As I was about to get up, he slapped me and my mask came off. I rubbed the spot and saw my mask slip off the edge and fall from the building. I could feel my blood boiling and my heart filled with rage. "Now you pissed me off, you b*tch." I said, I don't want people to see my face. They always say 'Gadget, come back' and I know that the person within me will never come back. "Gadget, why don't you remember me?" Infinite asked, slowly standing up. I started tensing up as he tried to walk over to me. I sweated a little at the statement but, I was confused as to why I stood still. The statement was the same as the rest of the ones I heard yet, it felt so different. "Gadget, my promise! Don't you remember it!" The Jackal exclaimed, he fell midway and I chuckled. "Weak as always." I stated, I floated up into the air as the cannon was now done.

"Bye bye, heartbroken boy." I said, the cannon fired and a laser blasted him. Once the dust cleared off, I saw that no one stood there and I checked the edge. I saw something fall into the clouds downwards and I knew it was him. "Time to start a new world order." I mumbled and flew back to the battle happening near my base. I can't wait to see the look on the Resistence's face when they find out that I murdered their newest Rookie.
