Jack's POV

"Elsa, I have to tell you something..." I admitted, and she frowned.

"What is it?"

"Well... the manager of my job has said that I have to go on a trip for a few days or so..."

"But the baby is due soon," she protested, rubbing her stomach gently.

"Yes, but it isn't due for a week, is it? I wish I had a choice, but she said that if I don't come, she'll have no choice but to fire me, as I've already skipped many things like this in order to look after you..."

"OK, you go, Jack, I promise I'll be fine here..." she told me. "Anyway, let's get some sleep. It isn't going to do our little one any good for mummy to be staying up all night!"

"We'll talk it over tomorrow. I have to go in the morning..."

"It's that soon?"

"Yes, as I say, we need the money from somewhere..."

"Let's go upstairs now, please?"

She slowly walked up the stairs, into our bedroom, and soon she fell asleep, as the day had been exhausting for her.

When we woke up, Elsa and I talked about the trip.

"It's not that I don't trust you... but I'll be scared if you leave me on my own."

"Did you not say that your parents had both you and Anna later than they had planned? And I'm only going for a few days, I'll be back before the baby comes."

"I suppose..."

"When the baby comes, I promise I'll take care of you 24 / 7," I told her, firmly. She nodded and then frowned, scrunching up her face.

"El? Are you OK?"

"No! It's coming! The baby is coming!" Elsa whimpered in pain. "I need to go to hospital, Jack, quickly!"

"Yes, of course..." I left her to get the car ready.

"No! Jack! Jack! Don't leave me!"

"I'll come back in a few minutes, El, I promise! Stay strong, love," I called. I got everything ready and then went back to find Elsa's face streaming with tears.

"It hurts so badly!" she cried, and suddenly water trickled down her legs. "Hurry, Jack, please! The baby is going to come any minute! The waters have broken!"

"Come on, quickly, to the car, that's it, you're doing so well." We got to the car and I held the door for her, as she got in. "Is it still as bad?" I asked.

"Yes! Worse if anything! This is the worst part of the whole thing!"

"Elsa, you're being so brave."

She was silent for a few minutes, apart from the sound of her crying. "No, I'm not! This is agony! Oh, Jack, I'm so scared! It's all going wrong!"

"No, it's not! You'll get through this!" We arrived at the hospital, and I dashed inside, out of breath by the time I found someone. "Excuse me! Please! My wife is practically giving birth outside the hospital! You'll take her, won't you?"

"Yes, of course!" the nurse said, and soon Elsa was safely on the hospital bed.

The midwife told me a few things and told Elsa repeatedly to 'push'. I held her hand and whispered that it would be okay, but from what the midwife was telling me, things were not going as smoothly as they would have wanted, so I couldn't be sure.

After a few minutes, the midwife declared, "Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Frost! You have a baby boy! He has arrived, safe and sound!" Elsa smiled weakly.

"See, Elsa, you could do it. I'm so proud of you! Would you like me to call up your sister? We came in a rush, our baby came a week early," I explained to the midwife.

"Yes, please," she replied, "And my bridesmaids and flower girls?"

"Of course!"

An hour later, Anna, Rapunzel, Belle and Jasmine had arrived at the hospital, and were cooing over the little boy.

"Elsa and Jack Frost, what are you going to call the little one?" Jasmine asked.

"Well... we were thinking a few days ago that we would call it Amber Rose or Jewel Anna if it was a girl, after you..." Elsa nodded to her sister, "But since it is a boy... we decided on Tyler Jake, because Jack's middle name is Taylor, and Tyler is very similar... and Jake sounds like Jack, and it was also father's middle name..."

"That's lovely!" Anna told us, and her eyes misted up. "I'm sorry I was so mean about father and mother, I guess I was trying to take it in myself..."

"It's fine, really. If we have another child, we will name it Amber or Jewel..."

"We want another one? This one was a mistake as it is..." I frowned, but Elsa shook her head.

"I hated the end part, but if I get to share it with you, I don't mind the pain. But let's wait a year or two, I'm still trying to get over this!"

"Yes, Mr Frost, and girls, could Elsa please have some time to sleep now?" the midwife asked us, and I nodded.

"Yes, sorry. Shall I take Tyler with me?"

"It would be advisable... Elsa will not rest well while you six are here!"

"Okay! Come on Jack junior!" I smiled at my new son. "Would you like to be held by your Auntie Anna?"

"Oh, yes please!" Anna blushed, cradling her little nephew. "Well done, Jack! You're a father now! Just look after Elsa, eh?"

"I will. She and little one mean more to me than anyone else in the world."
