Well, today wasn't a success, but there is always tomorrow...
I woke up the next day and finished where I left off yesterday.
I tried out anything that I thought of to leave this place. I jumped out of a window only to have the force float me back into the room, I looked for spell books, and even recited the words that Agatha had used to curse me, but none of that stuff helped at all.
I needed something to distract me from this mess that I had gotten myself into. What I needed was some fun. There was this neat little make-up room that held shelves filled with perfumes and accessories, and it included a walk in wardrobe containing hundreds of dresses and gowns. After a little bit of dusting and sneezing here and there, I made the room look nice enough for a mini fashion show!
It was hard choosing a dress to try on because all of them were so pretty. Whoever used to live in this castle must've been rich and only bought the best of the best.
The first dress I tried on was light pink with white roses and tulips beautifully embroidered onto the bottom of the dress. I added a pair of white heels with pearls, and a pearl necklace to complete my look. I spun around in the antique mirror. This was the perfect ball gown.
The next one I tried on was a black silky dress with red trimming and a high collar. With a black fan, some red heels, and a red rose ring, this dress would be great for anyone who wanted a more daring look.
The third and final dress I tried on was minty green with puffy violet colored sleeves and a big purple bow around the waist. It had shiny sequins and diamonds. A pair of purple flats and silver dangling earrings made this a mesmerizing dress for any occasion.
After my little fashion show, I changed into a more comfortable dress and drifted off to sleep with a smile on my face.
