"Beca, this needs to stop..." Jake said watching as Beca drained her latest victim. Beca finally released the poor woman she had her teeth sunken into, letting the woman fall helplessly to the floor. Beca turned around towards her recently turned son Jake, with a satisfied smile. Blood still pouring out of her mouth she chuckled drunkly, "Don't be a wuss Jake, I can stop anytime I want too." She said plopping down on her loveseat couch. Jake sighed heavily, "I know that you had a rough time tonight, but Beca it wasn't your fault that Emi-" Beca suddenly rushed towards Jake with her speed in outrage, "Don't you say her name!" She said growled, grabbing Jake's shirt roughly and pushing him against her bedroom wall. He grunted in pain, "Beca please, just stop this madness! You don't have to do everything Luke says. You are your own person Beca and Emily thought so too..." he said sadly, looking into Beca's black eyes. At first her face twitched of sadness but was soon replaced with a sadistic smile, "you wanna know what else she thought of me too? How much she screamed my name when I fucked her? Or do you not wanna know that?" She said smirking at him. Jake's face filled of rage but controlled himself, "Beca stop..." she continued, "She begged me to take her Jakey, I wasn't gonna do it at first, but then I saw how you looked at her. I saw how badly you wanted her and I just couldn't help myself. Fucking her was just icing on the cake honestly. Poor Jakey...can't ever get the girl can you?" She said with a fake frown on her face. He couldn't contain himself anymore and pushed Beca off him as hard as he could. "That's enough!" Beca stumbled backwards, if she wasn't so drunk on blood then Jake wouldn't have been able to push her even one meter. Beca just laughed on her back hysterically. "I can't see you do this to yourself anymore! I just can't..." with that he left Beca to be alone in solitude.

Beca woke with a start because of her alarm blaring off her phone. She groaned loudly, god does she hate these flashback dreams. The worst thing about living forever is remembering all of the awful shit that you've done to others. She sighed but got up regardless to get dressed for her morning shift. While brushing her teeth she tries to listen if Jesse is still here. She hears nothing, so she just assumes he's at his morning band practice. Yes Jesse has a band, as cliche as that still is. The worst thing about it, is it's a college band. It's not that rooming with a college student is bad, it's just sometimes she wishes Jesse wouldn't bring back his "friends" I mean sure it's a good thing he does have friends other than Beca. Well because let's face it she's not the kindest person to be around. Also she likes to spend her time alone anyways, she's always been like that to be honest. Even when she was human, I guess being dead just makes it easier. But when you have a roommate like Jesse it's kind of hard to be in solitude all the time. In a way she's kind of glad she met Jesse. She smiled at the memory as she got in her car. They met a couple years back thanks to the training they got as nurses. Typical vampire and werewolf introduction though, Beca smelt him and Jesse didn't have any clue. So of course Beca being Beca, she attacked him at first opportunity.

"Woah what the heck!" Jesse screamed out in pain as he was hurled across the room while pouring himself a coffee in the nurse's station. "Who sent you?!" Beca shouted at him, using her super speed to grab him from the floor and push him against the wall. "What?! I-I don't know what you're talking about!" He shouted out in complete confusion. Beca growled once more and let her fangs come out. His eyes widened as he saw her eyes fill in black and her veins form around her eyes. "What the heck are you?!" He yelled out in horror, trying to get out of her surprisingly strong grip. Her face fell, "Y-You don't know what I am?" Her fangs retracted and her eyes went back to her dark blue. "Please I-I don't want to die! I'm just a college student!" He said closing his eyes in fear. She released him quickly, "do you even know what you are?" She asked him curiously as he fell to the ground shaking, "I don't know what you're talking about! Please just let me go, I won't tell anyone..." he said fearfully getting up to his feet. She squinted her eyebrows at him and then noticed a medium sized bandage on his left forearm, "what happened to your arm?" He cleared his throat nervously, "I was bit..by an animal. Well it was more like this huge dog." She sighed out heavily, clearly this wolf was a pup. She decided just to be straightforward with this kid, "I'm a vampire and you're a werewolf." His fear went away and was soon replaced with laughter, "me? A werewolf? Yeah right, I would sooner turn into whatever the heck you are than turn into a werewolf lady. They don't exist...right?" He asked himself, clearly he just saw Beca turn into whatever she was but..."oh god...are you sure? Is that why you attacked me?" Beca nodded hesitantly, "Yeah..sort of." He sat down on the coffee filled floor. "Wow...cool!" He said perking up. She scoffed, "If you think breaking all of your bones in your body every full moon is cool then be my guest." She said sarcastically, walking away from him. He got up to his feet quickly, "wait! You can't just leave me like that!" He said desperately chasing after her as she left the room. "Sure I can, you're a lost dog and I don't deal with strays." She said shrugging her shoulders as they soon joined rest of the group of nurses. "Listen I just found out that I'm gonna turn into a freaking werewolf because you a vampire might I add, decided it was a good idea to attack me! Now the least you could do is help me." He shouted quietly next to her as the group was listening to the head doctor lecture about their lesson for the day. She rolled her eyes, why did she have to turn on her emotion switch again? Now here she is feeling bad for the kid, she sighed quietly. "Fine...but you do what I say and when I say. We don't want you wolfing out and eating a harmless person do we?" She whispered back at him. He nodded eagerly, "Thanks uh..?" She sighed out once more, "It's Beca Mitchell, you?" Jesse smiled at her brightly, "I'm Jesse Swanson." He held out his hand to her and she rolled her eyes once more before shaking his outstretched hand.
