"Well if it's a creasing problem it's probably that you aren't using an eyeshadow primer" I suggested

She nodded "uhh yeah I don't have one of those" she mumbled

"Okay well do you have a preferred brand or are you open to whatever?"

She looked around "umm I have something from Too Faced" she looked at the display then back at me "but whatever you recommend"

"Well Too Face has one but I personally use urban decay"

"I'll try that" I nodded smiling I walked her to the urban decay section and brought her straight to the bunch "they have white base, dark brown base, and the original"

"Oh can I read them?" She bit her lip

"Absolutely and if you have questions I'm more than happy to help" I nodded and backed off to let her read I saw a regular come in

"Hey Jen looking for the new Becca?" She walked past me straight the highlighters laughing

"Girl do you even gotta ask?"

I nodded laughing back I walked to a mother daughter pair looking at lip liners "anything I can help with?"

"Oh no we're fine" the mom smiled I nodded

"Okay just ask if you do" I peeked back at the girl I was helping she was still reading I leaning on the counter looking around

I went wide eyed as I saw someone I'd hope I'd never see again

He walked right into my store I rolled my jaw and looked away "Alexis?" I turned starting to walk away I heard his feet hit the ground louder meaning he was jogging I put myself behind the counter it was an L shape so it put space between us

"Alexis?" I looked up rolling my jaw

"What?" I tried not to sound pissed

"You haven't been answering my texts..."

No shit I blocked him

"Why are you here?"

"I wanted to talk to you... you're scaring me not answering me"

I went wide eyed then laughed a very loud obnoxious laugh "scaring you?! that's rich Nick really you wanna talk scared? You wouldn't let me go you were kissing on me and you weren't stopping you're a sick fucking rapist"

"I'm not a rapist!" He looked baffled "I just wanted to have some fun with you Alexis"

"And when I said 'No Stop Stop please Stop' did it sound like I was having fun?" I crossed my arms

"Playing hard to get" he shrugged

I licked over my teeth and nodded "right get out" I pointed to the door

"What no" he put his hands on the counter I backed up

"Get out the store Nick"

"Alexis I've been looking for you everywhere your place is empty you moved? Where? The guys don't know either"

"Get out" I wasn't giving him anymore chitchat

"Where do you live?"

"Like fuck I'd tell you" I grabbed the phone to call security but he grabbed my wrist my jaw dropped at the fact he had the guts to touch me

"Put the phone down I wanna know why you aren't talking to me" he growled yanking me forward

"Let go Nick" I said calmly "Nick LET GO" I screamed people turned around
