Here we go ! Chapter 2. BTW guys I'm working on this on my Notes app on my Android so I didn't notice how long the first chapter was until I posted it. I was like , WTF 3 PAGES ?!?! Okay then :). Anyways here we go ! Heads up : there's some language in this ! -Torii
(Katniss)
I here a door burst which makes me curious and even more curious when I hear Peeta yell. I set my coffee down quickly and run upstairs. If Peeta gets too angry the venom will kick in and it won't be pretty. I see Levinia now standing between Peeta and Hunter. What was going on ?! I stand behind Peeta holding his wrist so he knows I'm here and it calms him down a little but not much. I finally begin to speak:
"What's going on ?" Levinia , like earlier , speaks up first , but ignoring my question.
"Dad its not what it looks like I-" before she can finish Peeta cuts her off.
"What do you mean its not what it looks like ?!?! I know what I saw !!" I grip his wrist tighter as if telling him to stop. "Peeta , calm down" and then he snaps.
".How can I calm down when I find my 13 year old daughter making out in bed with this piece of shits hand up her shirt !!" I now know what's going on and I'm shocked.
"LEVINIA?!"
"Mom its not like that !! Just let me explain"
"Yeah , shes too much of a bitch to do anything" Hunter says angrily as this sets Peeta off. He steps up to Hunter and pushes him into the wall and he now has him cornered and is in his face.
"You listen here you little fucker. You don't come into my house for sex and then disrespect my daughter !! " They're both glaring at each other when Peeta grabs his shoulder and throws him to the ground towards the balcony doors.
"Now get the hell out of here NOW !". Hunter leaves taking his time and then slams the balcony doors making Levinia wince. Levinia sits on the bed and runs her fingers through her hair. I sit next to her and put my arm around her and speak a gentle voice.
"Levinia , what happened ?"
Levinia tells us the story in a shaky voice. Peeta only listens to the beginning and only stays to hear up to the part when he put his hand up her shirt the first time. She looks upset that her father's upset with her. They have a close relationship like my father and I had. I rub her back gently then stand up to leave.
"He'll come around , honey. You just gotta talk to him one on one. Come on and eat breakfast." She gets up with a sigh and follows me downstairs. Peeta doesn't look as upset as he was. But that's probably because Peete's imagination is going wild right now.
Breakfast is quiet and Peete is still going on about the UFO that kidnapped him. When Peeta finishes he goes upstairs without a word and I see Levinia is debating whether to follow him or not . I look at her and whisper as I tilt my head in the direction Peeta went:
"Go". She give a small smile and heads upstairs.
(Peeta) *Sorry if Katniss' POV was short. -Torii*
My anger is still built up alittle from earlier. It's only 11am and so far its been chaos. I sit down on the little window sill sofa and rest my elbows down on my knees while I let my head hang and look down at the beige carpet. I hear the door open a little bit but I don't move a bit. I know its Katniss. But I don't hear her voice. It's Levinia's asking if I'm okay , but I still don't react. She sits down next me criss crossing her legs. We're silent for a moment , but Levinia breaks that.
"You trust me right ?" I sit up and scoot back some.
"Of course"
"Then why did you freak out ? And an even bigger question , why would you think I would do something like that ?"
I hesitate before I speak. "I don't know. I was caught up in the moment. I was just furious at the thought that....my little girl was about to-"
"But I wasn't" Levinia says cutting my sentence short.
"And I know that now." She sighs before speaking again.
"Dad , I'm only 13 , I'm not ready for anything along that line. Not sex , not kids , not even marriage."
"I know" I put my arm around her and she puts her head on my shoulder. "But eventually you will , and my little girl will be all grown up"
"Dad , I'll always be your little girl. No matter how old I am." That makes me smile because Levinia and I have a real good relationship and I believe her when she says that. Then I start to think about when she was a little girl. When she would run into my arms when I would pick her up at school , sit on mine or Katniss' lap just because. When she would help me make breakfast. When her beautiful blue eyes first met the first time I held her that night she was born. But there's still one question that I'm not too sure about.
"So , why was he in your room in the first place ? Are you two....dating ?"
"It wasn't official, but I guess you can say so. But you don't have to worry about him anymore. I made it clear that I didn't want anything to do to him....he's not "the one" "
"Oooh, I could've told you that, sweetheart." I say to her calmly pulling her into a hug as she gives me a playful glare. I hug her tightly and speak. "I admit it. I don't want you to grow up". She laughs a little at this. "You told me the same thing when I was Peete's age". "Yeah well I meant , and i still do". We pull away and smile and I forgiving smile. "I love you Daddy." "I love you too sweetheart". At that moment I notice Katniss at the corner of my eye. But mainly because she let's out a huge "AWWWWW!!!" We all start to laugh. The second good thing that's happened all morning. Katniss come over to me and starts to kiss me. Levinia is mature so she doesn't mind when we kiss in front of her. She doesn't stare but she can easily ignore it. But this , this was more than a kiss. Katniss went straight to nasty. She kissed me hard and passionately while she tugged the hairs on the back of my head gently. This is the kind of stuff that Levinia found disturbing.
"Uumm , yeah well I'm gonna....go , you two seem busy" says Levinia as she rushes out and closes the door behind her. Katniss and I pull away and we can't help but smile. I bring my lips close to her ear and say "What was that for ?" She puts her lips up to my ear and says "Just my way of showing that I love you". "Well I have an even better way". I kiss her again and we quickly turn that into a make out session. I lead her to the bed not breaking apart. She lays down on her back and I get ontop of her. She tugs on my shirt and pulls it off. I do the same with her as she slides down my shorts and boxers together. She let's out moans as kiss down her neck before taking of her panties and doing what I really want to do. At that moment we here the door swing open. It's Peete.
"Moommy !! Daa-" his voice gets cut off by Levinia running in with her eyes closed tightly covering both his eyes and mouth and slams the door shut once again. Katniss and I let out a loud laugh and continue on.
