I wake up feeling safe in Peeta's arms. Last night was one of the best nights we've had in a while. Just being with him alone was the best. Of course I love having the kids around, but when its just us two we can do anything and everything, and we did and it felt amazing. I realize Peeta's awake cause I feel him stroking my hair. I look up to him and he kisses the tip of me nose so gently and slowly.
"Hey, guess what" he says in his scratchy morning voice.
"What" I say sounding almost the same.
"I love you." He says kissing my forehead.
"I love you, too" I say tilting my head up to meet his lips with mine. I wrap my arm around his waist as he rubs my babybump. I notice that I don't feel a boxers at his waist. Oh, right. The meadow wasn't the end of it. We came home and continued, well started over actually. I forgot we were still naked. We finally pull away and Peeta gets out of bed to get dressed.
"What time is it, love?" He asks while getting dressed in some basketball shorts and a plain red shirt.
"Uuhh, 11:05."
"I guess I should make breakfast."
I get up from the bed and put some loose clothing on. I put on one of Peeta's baby blue shirts and my own black pajamas pants. I follow Peeta into the hall. He keeps walking downstairs but I check to see if Peete's awake. I open the door and he's playing with a truck on the floor.
"Good morning, mommy!" He says running up and hugging my waist.
"Morning, love." I say running my fingers through his hair. He runs downstairs to greet Peeta while I check to see if Levinia's awake. My question is answered before I open the door I hear both her and Ember squeal. I knock before walking in and they get quiet. Then Levinia shouts "Come in." I do so and see them sitting on her bed in pajamas, legs criss crossed with phones in hand.
"You girls okay? What happened?"
"Nothing?" Levinia says in a very obvious way that says something's up.
"Levinia, she won't mind she's your mom not your dad." Says Ember trying to convince her to tell me. Levinia gives in and turns to me.
"I met this guy....and he texted me last night when I was asleep."
"Ooooooh, what's his name? Is he cute?!" I say cause I know it'll bother her and I was right.
"Mom!!" Levinia whines.
"Yes, he is the hottest 13 year old alive !" Ember says exaggerating.
"Are you guys dating?"
"Nope, just talking. It hasn't even been 24 hours mom."
"I was just asking, and what's his name?"
"...Asher and is breakfast ready?"
"Your dad's making it right now."
"Good I'm starving."
I close the door and head downstairs. I see Peeta cooking while Peete is running around as always. Not long after we're all eating at the table. Once we've finished eating we all split to our rooms. I look at the clock and it says 12:25. Oh shit ! I have an appointment at 1 o'clock !!
"Peeta get dressed." I say trying not to get him worried.
"Why?" He says as confusion takes over his face.
"We have an appointment in 30 minutes!"
"Damn, how do we forget?! Oh wait, I know" he said seductively while checking my out.
