(Katniss)
I hear the door bell ring and Peeta is on his feet right away. I can hear Levinia's footsteps running down the stairs. She knows her dad is doing the same. She beats Peeta to the door obviously cause he slows down. I hear the door open and I'm curious to see who he is, but not as curious as Peeta. I walk to place my plate in the sink and walk over to the living room. I see Peeta watching closely, but I can't yet see the boy. I place my hand on Peeta's shoulder while I sit to get him to stop staring, and it works. He puts his arm around me and then he goes right back to watching. I can finally see who he is. He has brown hair, brown eyes, he's a little taller than Levinia, but he looks perfect for her, plus he's a cute little kid. He's wearing some what loose denim jeans, with black shiny high tops, and a green, almost teal, colored shirt with a leather jacket over. I don't understand teenage style now at days. It's different than what we had at there age. Well there wasn't much at my age. They're about ready to leave when he catches glimpse of Peeta and I on the couch.
"Woah, you didn't tell me your parents were Katniss and Peeta Mellark!" He says in amazement.
Peeta and I both wave and smile.
"Yeah, most people just assume or know." Levinia says.
"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Mellark." He says to us with a respectful nod. Then turns back to Levinia after we've greeted him. "Wow. That's probably why you looked so familiar to me, I just couldn't put my finger on it." He says still in amazement.
"Well, we should get going." Levinia says trying to change the subject.
"Right" he looks at Peeta and I "It's a real honor meeting you two and I'll see you soon." He sounds so polite and has manners not many boys his age have towards adults, or anyone really. He shuts the door behind Levinia for her and they're off. Peeta and I turn to look at each other.
"Soo....?" I ask cause I know he has something on his mind.
"I can't tell just yet."
"I like him so far. He's kind, respectful, seems like a little gentleman and he's a cute guy for her." Peeta sighs, not wanting to admit it. He knows I'm right, but he's just being like most dads are with there daughters and boys.
"You picked that up by the two sentences he said to us?"
"I can just tell." I wrap my arm around his abs I can feel through his shirt. He has one arm around my shoulders and moves the other one across his self to place it on my stomach.
"I just want our babies here already." He says almost weakly, almost like he NEEDS them here. Maybe he does. I lean my head on him and he leans his on mine.
"5 more months, love." I say to patient him. We sit in silence comforting each other. Peeta breaks that silence after a minute or two.
"So, we have one boy name, and one girl name. What if the twins are two girls and two boys?"
"Hhmm, that's never crossed my mind.... So what name did you say for a boy?"
"Bryant Devlin Mellark." He says confidently.
"And I said Ariana Lynn Mellark... So we just need two more names? Awww, I don't feel like thinking right now." I say playfully whining.
"Yeah, you know what, let's just worry about it when they're here."
Wow, that's the first Peeta has ever put anything about the babies on hold. "And you know what?"
"No, tell me." I say kissing his cheek.
"When we find out the gender, I'm going to paint them an amazing nursery."
"Which room do you plan on using?"
