Rose's POV
~eight days before~

It's morning now and I'm tangled in between the limbs of my boyfriend. Yes, we made up. Maybe smooched a little. Okay, smooched a lot but I got tired and here I am, cuddled in his embrace in his room at his penthouse.

I know, I'm weak but can you blame me? Nope cause if you're in my position too, you'll melt into a puddle of water when he holds your stare.

I reluctantly tear away from his embrace but his firm hold held me in place.

"Ethan." No sound.

"Ethan," I hollered a little louder. No sound.

"Baby."

"Mm," he stirred.

I rolled my eyes.

"I need to shower, Ethan."

"No."

"Come on."

"No."

"Please."

"No."

"Baby, please."

"Kiss me first."

"I have morning breath," I whined.

"I don't care, I want my morning kiss and you're not leaving unless I get it."

"Fine."

I pecked him on the lips but he pulled me back, deepening the kiss. I bit his bottom lip and he groaned as he loosens his iron grip on me. I took the chance to jump out of bed and bolt for the door.

"DARNELLA!"

I giggled as I head to my room to freshen up before making breakfast. I can't believe that I have eight days left and I'm still goofing around with my boyfriend.

I made a mental note to actually kidnap Sullivan and I don't care if its going to be in broad daylight. I'm running out of time and if Mr Dolan finds that I was in a relationship with his son in the midst of this little task, I'm done for.

I quickly took a shower and made breakfast for Ethan and I. We have both agreed to let me do my shit and if I ever needed any help, whatsoever, I have to contact Ethan immediately and well, he'll help me out.

We both ate breakfast in silence and neither of us bothered to break it. Don't get me wrong, there was no tension. It was just, silent.

I put on my uniform after washing the dishes and headed to the van with Ethan trailing behind me. To be frank, I didn't have a solid plan.

I just wanted to kidnap Sullivan.

We pulled up to his house and I shoved my gun in the waistband of my pants. Ethan asked if I needed him to accompany me to the house but I declined the offer.

I needed to engine ready when I drag the old man out. I climbed to the second floor and entered through the window of his bedroom. His wife was doing grocery shopping and his children are at school.

He's supposed to pick his girl up when she's done shopping and he's currently showering. I waited for him to turn off the running tap before pulling out the drug from my pocket into the handkerchief.

I behind the wall that lead to the the bathroom and waited for the door to open. As if on cue, the door opens and I slam my handkerchief over his mouth and nostrils.

I proceeded to pull him to the wall I was hiding behind so that there's lesser chance of him escaping. His arms are pressed against my wrist, attempting to remove my hands that were on his mouth.
