Singing was one of your many talents, you were also very good at playing piano, drawing and kicking ass. You and Connor had been friends for years now and still he, and anybody else, knew that you were incredible at singing. He only saw your non-secret talents, he adored them and if he knew that you could sing too then I think that he fall in love with you.
You were great at singing but when you sung Beyoncé, you sounded like a freaking symphony!
You tied up your/ combed over your (colour) hair and got ready for another long day of work. Recently you noticed certain feelings for Connor and it annoyed you that they wouldn't go away, so inevitably you acted like a love sick puppy. Gavin knew your feelings for him and told you he would keep it a secret as long as you brought him a coffee every single day up until you were dating, that little shit.
Gavin also accidentally stumbled across your singing one night after work when he left his phone at your apartment and when he came back for it stopped and listened to your angelic voice and told you that you should let people know but you were too stubborn to do so.
You made your way to your desk and noticed nobody was actually here, you shouted at for someone but was met with a deafening silence.
"Hello?"
A hand suddenly grabbed your shoulder, you screamed and looked around and noticed you were still in your bed, you sighed and went to the bathroom. Damn nightmare.
This was a perfect opportunity to start to belt out and so you did.

Connor had opened the door to your apartment but before he could shout your name he heard beautiful singing coming from the bathroom

Connor couldn't move, he was entranced by your singing and sat there with a small smile just waiting for you to start another song

It was at that moment Connor knew he was falling in love with you...
