Chapter 53 "Shatteredclaw's depression" (last chapter)

Icebreath could not believe her eyes. Dragonpaw was with the wolf pack that had killed swiftice!

"we have to attack tonight" said dragonpaw "you must kill the leader, the deptuy and both medicine cats you hear me! i promised falcon that i would ruin scourge once and for all"

The wolves nodded. Icebreath's jaw dropped.

"lets go, we musn't waste anytime" said dragonpaw.

He and the wolves walked past the bush icebreath was in. Fear was pumping through her, she knew leafstar was on her last life"

Icebreath waited to leave. Once the wolf pack had gone down in the gourge, she leapped out and hurried and went running away from the soon to be battle. She knew they needed allies bad, they only cats she could think of were the ones that could kill her.......

Shatteredclaws POV

Shatteredclaw was busy Playing with silverkit. They were almost six moons and were going to be made apprentices soon. He saw icebreath walked up the gorge to the very top. Shatteredclaw wondered what she was up to. He sighed and watched as he threw a moss ball to silverkit. Silverkit leaped on top of it and went chasing after it. Tinyfoot's ear's pricked.

"shatteredclaw?" he asked "d-do you hear that noise?"

Shatterclaw shook his head "no"

The noise that tinyfoot was hearing was getting louder and louder.

"shatteredclaw" said tinyfoot "it sounds like wolves"

"why would wolves be-"

Shatteredclaw was cut off by the sound of a bone chilling wolf howl.

"WOLVES" shouted brickfur.

As soon as brickfur screched, the wolves leaped out from all sides of camp. They were growling and snapping at the cats.

"skyclan hold your ground" shouted tinyfoot "never take your eyes off of them"

    A wolf pounced on tinyfoot and the other wolves followed their leader. They were shaking cats back and forth, ripping them to shreds. Tinyfoot was attacking the leader. Shatteredclaw could not believe this was happening. A wolf tried to sneak in the medicine cat den but, echosong and moonfur attacked it. Tinyfoot came racing to shatteredclaw.

"we can't hold them off for long, their going to kill us!" he screeched.

"how did they find camp, usually wolves don't attack clans" said shatteredclaw.

"i don't know either but we have to fight" he said.

Leafstar was clawing a wolf that had entered her den. Shatteredclaw heard a scream from the nursery. He saw a wolf shaking a brown cat. His heart sank as it dropped the limp body of foxtail. Silverkit hissed at the wolf.

"SILVERKIT GET OUT OF THERE" he shouted.

    Silverkit hurried and ran to the back of the nursery. Foxtail struggles to stand up and protect her kits. Shatteredclaw went running to the nursery when a wolf grabbed him and started shaking him back and forth. Everything was blurry and shatteredclaw knew that he was going to join starclan soon. There was a sudden yowl. The wolf stopped and they all looked at the top of the gorge. Icebreath stood there with a blaze of fire in her eyes. She flicked her tail and cats came pouring out of the gourge. Two foxes joined them and they all started attacking the wolfs. Shatteredclaw was in amasment. All the wolfs that had not been killed fled the scene. Icebreath was wearing a blue necklace around her neck. The cats and two foxes regrouped and skyclan gathered around them.
