Thats the name of the town when i activated Navigation
Navigation skill was a rare skill in Magnus Island, many players waited for the event of the navigation skill reward.
Why is it famous? Because in Magnus Island the dungeons are not covered by the Mini-map or Map HUD but you can explore if you buy a Map scroll for specific dungeon, thus this is where the Navigation skill comes in
In the game the navigation skill points you where you want to go, and there are many unexplored dungeons in Magnus Island, when you get your hands on a Navigation skill many parties would hire you to explore unexplored dungeons.
Not only it points directions but it also points treasures, traps, hidden doors, etc in dungeons.

The reason why he got it because he was ahead from everybody in terms of level so, one party consists of level 100 players would have trouble defeating him even if he was solo, so he got the navigation skill with no problem.

I walk in the dirt road leading to the gates of the town.
When i arrived at the gate i was stopped by a middle aged guard.
[Hey kiddo, going to enter town? Your identification please]
[Umu, i don't have one i'm new here]
[Is that so? Well you got to pay to get an identification, 1 silver coin for the identification]
Crap i don't have money
[Uh, i dropped my money on the way here, is there another way to get to town?]
[What? Oh well, here's a temporary identification don't lose it, when you got the money make sure to get an identification, and return that if you got one]
