His thumb flicked over his brow as he stared at the file that laid on the table in front of him. The white binder of the file quickly took his mind back.
"I'll make you bend to my will and you'll be bowing before me, pleading for your life" he said and a smirk graced her lips
"I dare you"
"What?" He asked with a scornful smirk
"I dare you mister, do whatever you can and must do but I will never ever bow to you because you are nothing but a piece of trash"
"How dare you? You illiterate, insipid dummy. Do you have any idea who you are talking to?"
She let out a small laugh as she rolled her eyes at him. "Fine mister whoever you are, since you're so powerful, I give you 48 hours"
He frowned at her not understanding what she meant.
"48 hours to make me bow to you. Do whatever you can but prepare to lose because I, Raelyn MacLean does not bow to anyone, especially not spoilt, arrogant, mannerless business men like yourself"
Zyaire groaned in frustration as his fist came down hard on the table. His fingers went through his hair for the umpteenth time as her words kept playing in his head.
"I give you 48 hours to make me bow to you"
He stood up from the chair and started walking around the office.
"I, Raelyn MacLean does not bow to anyone, especially not spoilt, arrogant, mannerless business men like yourself"
His fist clenched and unclenched as her words got in his head even more. He was furious and everything she had done in all of their past meetings came rushing back to him.
"You are a big jerk. An idiot "
She had opened her mouth and insulted him, to his face.
"You remind me of someone with that question. One idiot that had called me to his office to apologize"
He got up sharply from the chair and just paced around the office, his hand in his pocket as he glared intensely at the floor.
"I, Raelyn MacLean does not bow to anyone, especially not spoilt, arrogant, mannerless business men like yourself"
"Oh I'll make you bow" he said with a sudden smile as his thumb went up to flicker across his brow.
